I paid $6 for a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. There was no cheese, only three little pieces of bacon and had no flavor whatsoever waste of money

I’ve been here twice early morning upon opening 5am I expected there’d be hot coffee and the goods would still be hot if not warm like I’d get at Doughboy donuts years ago..coffee was barely warm i had to reheat it once I got back to work. Goods/donuts were cold - something I don’t like for a morning baked fresh feel.

Ordered online for delivery through Grub Hub. I ordered 2 extra maple Cruller's and a cherry burrito. Only brought on maple cruller and the burrito had no fruit only the jelly from like a cherry pie filling. not really happy. They normally are better than that.

Unfortunately these last few times, my donuts are rock solid within a few hours even when stored properly. Customer service is amazing but the donuts really aren’t good anymore. If you eat them right away, they feel very oily.
Greasy / soggy half the time. I’m so sad this place has gone downhill with the new ownership a few months ago. Was my favorite donut shop. With the new owners the quality is not consistent. I don’t knowing they are frying fish in the oil after hours or just don’t get it right. I hope they figure it out because they have great service and pretty decorating. A fritter that is soaked in grease and smells is no fun though.
