Very friendly staff! I was visiting from out of state and they suggested a lot of places to go see.
When you order a caramel macchiato but they give you a matcha latte... Say what?!? Missed the attention to detail. I think they gave me another persons order.

It’s a Starbucks. No more, no less. If you’ve been the one Starbucks, you’ve been to them all. The service is fine. It’s a newly remodeled location, which now feels more sterile, generic compared to the old aesthetic it had. But the coffee is just as good as always. Cramped on a corner, with some type parking. Does have a drive-through. But all in all a solid cup of Joe.

I used to like this location. I feel like lately the drink I like to order doesn’t taste good. The employees are great I have nothing bad to say. It’s just the drink I have been disappointed with.

The manager April was extremely rude to be. She helped in in the drive through and had ZERO customer service skills. April really needs to rethink her role as a manager and come to work with a better attitude. Never coming here again.

We placed a mobile pickup order from the Keystone Starbucks on 9/9/25. When we arrived, April, the supervisor working at the time, was very disrespectful. She told us that she gets overwhelmed by an order of that size. Honestly, large orders are part of working in food service, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel guilty for ordering. If handling customer orders is too overwhelming, perhaps this is not the right job fit. This was an unprofessional experience and reflected very poorly on this location.

The blonde woman behind the counter was being super friendly and overused my name, but respect the effort. Bathroom key code 141, screw them for having bathroom codes anyway

Newly remodeled that looks nice, however the seating situation is NOT good at all.
Only ONE low table that can only accommodate 2 people!
3 high tables that are not comfortable and a long bar seating for 6 that faces the ugly parking lot and not suitable for conversations
What were they thinking????
The reason for the low service rating is
I asked for dark roast DECAF , preferably Sumatra decaf
The barista said they did not have that. I was surprised and asked for espresso roast Decaf , she said. All they have is Pike Decaf . I said all Starbucks have dark roast decaf for Americanos
She said do you want an Americano , I said no but I’m ok with a “pour over” using the espresso beans
She said she would not do that. I stated that I’ve been to Starbucks all over town all over the country and the world and never been denied that request. I asked to speak with the supervisor and she aid she was the supervisor.
I said when you go to a coffee house pay a lot of money the customer should get what they want. She said sorry

I drove off I-80 and was headed to downtown, but first I pulled into this shopping center to look for some groceries. Then I spotted this coffee shop and decided that it was time for coffee. Good choice.
I have been a very regular customer this past year and most of the baristas call me by my name and say hello when I come in. The past 2 visits have been awful! I ordered a coffee cake and when I got home the entire top of it wis off. I went back a couple days later and there was a line and I had to use the restroom and asked for the code to the restroom and the barista rudely asked me if I had made a purchase yet. I told her I was in line to make a purchase. I then received my drink with little to no ice. I asked for more ice and was again treated rudely. I won’t return to this location.
Got Hazel's first puppuccino tonight, loved it so much that she almost ate half the cup!
