I have been a very regular customer this past year and most of the baristas call me by my name and say hello when I come in. The past 2 visits have been awful! I ordered a coffee cake and when I got home the entire top of it wis off. I went back a couple days later and there was a line and I had to use the restroom and asked for the code to the restroom and the barista rudely asked me if I had made a purchase yet. I told her I was in line to make a purchase. I then received my drink with little to no ice. I asked for more ice and was again treated rudely. I won’t return to this location.

between the hours of 1030am and 11am today, whoever was running thr drive thru had poor customer service. Got our entire order wrong and tried to charge us for a drink we didn't ask for. Attitude was rude the whole time as though we said our order wrong. The screen had the correct order and price. Horrible service.

Stopped in on our way through Reno and grab two Carmel macchiatos. Both were the worst coffees I’ve had in quite some time. Didn’t want to turn around once back in the freeway besides they didn’t make it right the first time doubt the second would be better. Maybe the machine is malfunctioning coffee is bitter as hell.
