One star waited and waited for my name to be called. Turns out my food and drinks just sat and got cold. Ridiculous service at this location.

Yeah go here pretty often and get the same drink too, sometimes 2 because my ol lady and we went here today and the lady like “oh yeah I’m make your drinks” after she rang me up, and I tip a dollar and yeah she make that shit not taste good i think she ain’t add the brown sugar and stuff, pretty lame because yk it’s like $20 bucks for 2 drinks so definitely a bummer my lady ain’t even finish her drink and normally she will down that shiz so yeah that’s why I’m leaving a review bc I only get it make her :) usually it’s good but this time 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered a Venti, received a grande. (Which I did order 2 drinks and one was Gr) when I told the young girl that took our order of the mistake she made it seem like I screwed up the order. As I was walking back to the table to wait.. I overheard another employee telling her staff to pour it in a Venti cup and add milk! Then the juveniles didn’t put my lid on all the way! I should’ve followed through and checked before I left the store, I’m sure that’s my fault too. S A D

Absolutely LOVE this Crew!!! I drive 20+ miles, more often than not, twice daily to get my drinks and food 🍱, CORRECT every time!!

I walked to Starbucks this morning for my coffee. The man behind the register was so kind and helpful. I wish I got his name, but he had red hair. Unfortunately the cold brew was down at the moment so he asked if an iced coffee substitution was alright, which it was. When the machine came back up he brought me out the original cold brew I had ordered which was awesome! I wish I could have left a tip through the app.
Atmosphere inside would have gotten 5 stars. Outside is a different story, the parking lot is a bit treacherous and there is a nasty dumpster you have to walk by; but thats really not in their control.

I frequent the Starbucks, but I have never received a service that I received this morning from Theo. What a wonderful attitude today I appreciate it so much since I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning I’m kind of off. He definitely changed the trajectory of my day. I appreciate you so much Theo and I will be back. Keep making days brighter.

I know that I have an annoying salted caramel take caramel mocha hot drink that you all made perfectly for me.

I love this location but I have not gone in a year because nearly every day when I check the app they’re “out” of iced coffee, no matter the hour. It’s so frustrating, I’ve called and nothings changed or fixed.

The barista Tatum was very helpful. After paying for our drinks my eye started burning and she kindly asked if I was okay and offered me a wet paper towel. I love those who show empathy.

They are always so nice at the drive through window. We get the cutest messages on our cups! Also, they are great at making sure my drinks are lactose free, keeping me safe. Great baristas!

This place has no signage that it is Starbucks there is always a long line the place under staffed

Rudest customer service. Just because I placed a pickup order as soon as I arrived to the drive thru, maybe if you guys waited until we arrived to start making the drinks I wouldn't do that. I don't like my drinks melted because you guys like to make it as soon as the mobile order is placed. Nobody was in the drive thru and to make me pull over and park and come inside just to get my stuff when it's no different than handing it to me through the window in an EMPTY drivethru. Whoever the blonde girl is, rude
