I was in the self-service waiting for 35 minutes, I ordered 4 large drinks and at the time of paying they did not accept $100 bills, they should inform them before wasting their time, they preferred to throw away the drinks instead of checking the bill and verifying if it was real.

As always, the service was top-notch. I ordered a Venti, and they accidentally rang it as a Grande. They were happy to correct the error quickly and didn't even charge me. Definitely a company I will keep coming back to because the service is always amazing.

I order my drinks with light ice and they blatantly ignore the request and fill the entire cup with ice. Obviously Starbucks is expensive but at this location you pay $7 for nothing but a cup of ice and 1 sip of coffee.

Update: I called and talked to the manager and he was very nice but did not offer to remake my drink or anything.

I did give this location another shot because it is convenient for me, but again they were out of oat milk. They were out my first review and now again. How are they always out of oat milk? How do you not order more??

A friendly barista recommended a "medicine ball" hot tea for my poor throat with laryngitis. ?He even added extra separate honey for me, cuz honey soothes the coughing. Nice barista...but the tea was kinda tangy.

Parking: Drive thru and free parking. Also some handicapped spots too

I have been in this neighborhood for over 20 years and have been going to this Starbucks ever since it opened. As of this morning I have decided to not go there again until there is a change in management and 1 employee by the name of ARIANA. Never in my life have I encountered a person like her. Beyond RUDE! Spilt drink over my hand, rolling her eyes, raising her voice, bothered when asked for napkins and stir sticks. I reported behavior to manager but nothing has changed. Just encountered ARIANA once again this morning with the same behavior. Unacceptable! She should not be employed with that type of behavior as she has no knowledge of what customer service is.
