I have purchased one or two coffees from this Starbucks for the last 3 weeks while working from out of state. I always came in 1st thing in the morning before work each day, 7 days a week. This morning while sitting in my car playing chess on my phone while waiting for the store to open. 2 Reno Police vehicles rolled up on my car with lights flashing. The officer was a complete bully, absolutely dishonorable to the city of Reno and the badge itself. He demanded to run my ID. I didn't argue. When he returned to my vehicle after running my driver license, he informed me that an employee felt uncomfortable with me parked in the parking lot and pressed trespassing charges on me. That if I step onto the property again for the next 2 years I would be arrested on-site. After leaving the parking lot I called the store and spoke with a young girl named Heather. I informed her of what happened and asked to speak with a manager. She told me there wasn't a manager and she didn't like my tone of voice and hung up on the phone call. Lesson: Even if you have patronized this establishment enough for everyone working there to have serviced you in the past. At anytime for no reason except a child's perogative. While attempting to buy coffee, you will in return have the Reno police called on you to harass you and charge you with trespassing! Buyer Be Ware!

I have been coming to this location now for at least a few years. The staff has seen a lot of me and every time that I am in I am always warmly greeted, and the service is a 10/10. Shout out to Mo and Emma for your amazing service. I would recommend this location compared to its counterparts in town, and always remember to tip your baristas.

Mobile order+order ready notification+arriving 5 mins after that notification = have it ready on the counter?If I wanted to wait in line for 10 mins I would have not placed a pick up order.
