This is the consistently unfriendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. Unfortunately I have to brave the hostility because it's close to home. My cashier was abrupt and didn't even crack a smile or manage to say thank you when taking my order.

All the girls here are super nice and friendly and make my drinks super good! However Javier is super rude and unfriendly, every time I ask for something he gives me such an attitude, he acts like the drinks and siracha sauces are coming out of his paycheck, not sure why he always makes my drinks not full, and gives me attitude if I request something, not sure what his problem is. This is upsetting since this is my go to Starbucks, other than that love how nice everyone else is!

Good atmosphere for families.

Hey I want to be an audience rating and I don't want people to have like a oh I ain't getting a five-star got a five-star algorithm 5 Stars know I don't blah blah blah blah blah blah my honest rating is thank you it was excellent but I just try to give honest and what I'm saying and I mean four star for me is I mean if you want five star you done left me go home with extra extra I felt like a king and I don't want that so far from me is really really good

This is the Starbucks right down the street from my house. My wife and I use it 34 times a week. Today I came in and asked to use the restroom as the restroom at the 7-Eleven was closed for Maintenance.. I'm a 54-year-old guy when I need to use the bathroom I need to use the bathroom sometimes. They denied me and said it's only for paying customers! I'm obviously not homeless. I'm dressed in a work uniform. And they were obligated for obliging at all as a matter of fact, they were rude in their response and telling me it's policy, sir if you're not going to purchase, you need to leave the store!!! Absolutely ridiculous

My current experience there was disappointing. I ordered a drink, and it was made wrong and on top of that, several people who ordered after me got their drinks before I did plus with the bad service. I needed to rush out because I'm already late for my trip. I waited much longer than expected, and it was really frustrating. They should need to improve their service.

When I went to pick up my order I asked for some siracha sauce at around 6 am and the girl goes “next time add it to your order” with such attitude I didn’t know I could do that sorry. This location the girls usually always have attitude:(

Parking lot is atrocious. Seem to close randomly at times in the days too. Came today at 2pm and it’s closed? No signs. Just drive through has a sign blocking it. Nothing on the doors to the main entrance. Order online still works too. So now I also get the inconvenience of waiting for my money back for 3-5 business days. Will not be coming to this one anymore. I’ll go down the street to raleys
