Okay just place ain't too bad but they ain't ready ready for the big rush. I can really appreciate I can go to the deli and pick up a sandwich and then go to Starbucks and get a get a cup of coffee and do my little phone paperwork or whatever and get a refill and I felt good when I was done I appreciate you. I mean this just a little edit AIA I came here to get ready for work and wait for an appointment and you know I felt like they was trying to figure out if I was a criminal or not and all that other stuff at the store you know but I just bypass that kind of stuff and I wasn't going to say anything but I read a lot of the reviews and I thought that energy I just ignored it as much as possible because I'm not proud of Starbucks and I sold all my stocks. But they didn't interfere with me at all in a pursued the same kind of energy I'm pretty sure they just ignored it did the normal so it wasn't too bad I'm not trying to complain but I'm really just serious I sold all my stocks to Starbucks on Starbucks needs to start over.

Really bad service! The girl (Jocelyn) working on Friday morning was rude and was on her phone all the time! Even when I was trying to pay I had my money waiting for her and all she did was been on her phone, I waited more the 20 minutes for her to finish her phone text so she can make my drink. Never said thank you or anything! Very rude and unprofessional! Manager needs more attention into her. My drink didn’t even tasted right either way!

Awful service. Went here on a Sunday afternoon and the barista was so rude. She was rude to us and the customers behind us. It just made us want to go someplace else but we had already ordered. The barista that works on Sundays acts like she hates her job and is so rude to customers. Will not be coming back.

Honestly got a drink from here which was very hard since the barista prioritized which looked like her boyfriend over a customer, it took me around 20 minutes just to order which is very insane despite the line being empty, to the co workers Dylan and Mary I would have a conversation with them despite this. This is unacceptable behavior and childish behavior by these workers and the management should really take things into action since the barista was very disrespectful she looked like she was over it and she couldn’t even smile at me yet talk to me! Horrible customer service from this Starbucks there is no possible chance that I’m ever coming here again cause of this! Very disappointing coming from this Safeway I’m telling my peers about this unacceptable behavior cause the way I was treated was not acceptable at all what so ever (the drink wasn’t even right and the worker couldn’t even serve me or change the mistake she made.)

I ordered a tall brewed coffee and the barista acted like it was a huge inconvenience since she just cleaned everything up for the day. They closed 4 hours later. Horrible customer service and attitude so I left and went to a different location.
The girls were very sweet and professional. Very bubbly for a 7am coffee run. Drinks were made quickly and correctly!

it seems like they added full pumps instead of the standard half pumps in the brown sugar shaken espresso, it’s way too sweet which ruined it

Seriously terrible service. The guy that work there, has terrible attitude. Went there at 6:44 and wanted a drink. He wasn’t even paying attention, and when i asked if he was open he said “no” then i asked what time they close, he said 7. Online it says 7:30. He said “I asked if we could close 30 minutes early because i have stuff to do”. Really? Worst service ever. And, half the time they don’t even make the drinks correct.
