They have a rude staff that refuses to identify theirself so you cannot report them to corporate. They always mess up orders and instead of answering questions from waiting customers they are on their phones or talking to eachtother ignoring the customers. When you say they mess up they give you the most attitude to the point where you don't feel comfortable accepting their drinks cause who knows that the unhinged employees will do for messing up a drink. Better off going to Dutch bros or another establishment.

Good service

John Mc

Saw the barista scratching the inside of her nose with her fingernail, and then continuing to make my drink without washing her hands. That's nasty. Approx 10 am on 1/28/25

? Starbucks in Reno, Oh how we know,
Where caffeine dreams and corporate schemes flow! ?

We waltzed into a regular ol’ Starbucks, expecting the usual corporate humdrum, but then—BAM!—there was Sam, a barista with flair, who greeted us like a caffeinated angel from heaven above. “Good morning! How’s your day?” they chimed, and suddenly, our spirits soared higher than a double shot of espresso!

I ordered my White Chocolate Mocha—the golden nectar of the coffee gods—made to perfection. With the right blend of sweetness and creamy half-and-half, it was like a warm hug in a cup, melting my soul one sip at a time. And let’s not forget the barista magic! Sam had it, singularly so, like a coffee wizard conjuring up brews that could change the course of history.

In short, this Starbucks isn’t just your average stop for a fix. It’s the caffeinated concert hall where Sam is the star, hitting all the high notes in customer service!

? So if you’re in Reno, and need a caffeine spark,
Make sure you swing by and order your mark! ?

Google says this location has a drive thru. I chose it due to an aching foot. It doesn't have drive thru. When you're given your order no one says thank you.

Inside had too many tables and chairs for a relaxing atmosphere. The outside seating area was spacious and more pleasant in the afternoon/evening with cooler weather and natural shades. The staff were too stuffy and too cool to be friendly or pleasant. I tipped a dollar for a $5 cold brew because of the tipping culture rather than the service.
