I gave them 5 stars half a year ago, and now I am editing my review to 1 star. I was refused a 54 cents refill although I bought the coffee there earlier in the day. The guy even told me that he has not seen me in his life, which I considered rude. It's no longer the enjoyable place where I used to go. I am talking about the Robb Drive Exit in Reno (986 Ambassador Drive).

Now, new workers are completely unprofessional and working like zombies. Station with sugar and milk super abandon. They do not really pay attention to customers

Quite frankly the best coffee in town. Albeit a Starbucks, the staff are of a quality all of their own. The experience of receiving coffee from these fine people is something I can only describe as transcendental.
