This has got to be the best Starbucks. Let me start by saying that Amanda and Kyle make my experience feel like no other. When I walk in I'm not only greated with a smile but they know me by name and what I drink, it reminds me so much like the tv show "Cheers" when I walk in there. The service is top notch. Take notice of these employees, they are what makes me drive past other starrbucks locations, because there is a closer a Starbucks but I choose to go here for their hospitality. They don't have a drIve-thru, but when the employees treat you like this, you wouldn't want one.

I gave them 5 stars half a year ago, and now I am editing my review to 1 star. I was refused a 54 cents refill although I bought the coffee there earlier in the day. The guy even told me that he has not seen me in his life, which I considered rude. It's no longer the enjoyable place where I used to go. I am talking about the Robb Drive Exit in Reno (986 Ambassador Drive).

This place is the embodiment of what I like to find in a good Starbucks. Good drinks, good food, fast service time is all the most appreciated. I decided to get a double smoked bacon and Gouda sandwich with an iced black tea, and within 5 minutes, they got my order out. Good food at good price, and the iced black tea met my expectation. I decided to get this drink sweetened, and my decision paid off. I drank the tea without hesitation after tasting the first sip, and sure enough will be back to get another.

Now, new workers are completely unprofessional and working like zombies. Station with sugar and milk super abandon. They do not really pay attention to customers

This Starbucks location is right in my neighborhood, and I've had my fair share of visits. Never anything to critique this store about, until today. I got an email from Starbucks rewards promoting the limited-time Tie-Dye Frappuccino, and I wanted to give it a try. I had my sister (teenage years) grab it for me and we'd share while I stayed in the car. It took a while for her to get back, which didn't phase me as this is a popular location. Drink was presentable and wasn't bad at all, but this review is for the customer service. On the drive back, she started telling me "if employees don't want to make these kinds of drinks, they shouldn't sell them at their stores?" I told her it was the corporation that decides what drinks are promoted and it's mostly out of stores' hands, but that prompted me to wonder why she asked that. She told me that once she'd told the barista the order, the staff all began to seem annoyed. Like I get it, these showy, over-the-top promotional drinks are probably annoying to deal with, but I don't think my sister shouldn't have received the air of annoyance because of that. Nor should any customer in general, I believe. It would've been much more professional to keep their discontent to themselves, or at least display it at a time where customers can't take note.

It's interesting to read some of the reviews of most any Starbucks. My experience at any and all of their locations in six states I've received service from is they provide the best of the best in coffee options. Check out the lines for service and your answer should be they offer a great product. You have to wait your turn clowns! Anyone ragging on a Starbucks comes across as a pretentious putz and a classic whiner and someone I would go out of my way to avoid. Okay, that's it, I'm heading out now for a Extra Hot No Whip Mocha!
