I ordered a venti Carmel crunch frappe with extra everything and it was the BEST Carmel ANYTHING I've had in a long time. With that I got a brownie, but it wasn't the greatest. I enjoyed every bite though. Atmosphere was nice and quiet with some music playing in the background.

Went to get a gift card at 4:05. Sign in the store said closing at 4:15 and not open inside so I went through the drive through.
The worker there (blond haired guy with glasses) looks at me through the locked window and points to his watch. Didn’t even come to the window to speak to me. Just horrible customer service.

The longest wait for a cup of coffee I have ever experienced. Half the staff working hard and half appeared to be just hanging out. Don’t just walk in here unless you have 20 minutes to kill waiting on one cup of coffee. Order ahead.
