Hate how they rush out food items. Anytime I order a chocolate croissant, it always comes out cold and the chocolate half melted. Wish they took the time to ensure quality

Drive thru took a lonnnnnnnnnng time which sucks cause I can just leave . Employees overwhelmed seems like understaffed or poorly managed . Coffee tasted like hot water with whipped cream on top . Tasted so nasty I couldn’t even drink it in like well that was a waste of a hour and 9$ cause I added pumps of vanilla and they charge extra lol but didn’t put it . This is one of many times it’s happened I shoulda learned my lesson last time . Now I know don’t go back

Points never showed after, asking app to be scanned in drive through at window over, several visits. It was pointed out to 3 different window attendants in drive through who said they didn't know anything about why they weren't showing up until, my last visit, was the only time any points showed. Called customer service, not willing to help. Called location, spoke to a supervisor who said she wasn't able to help.

Nice stop on our way out of town. Venti Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with a side of a Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. All tasty and made perfect! Excellent Baristas and Excellent Service! I was able to place my order and pick up very quickly. I love Starbucks in general and have always enjoyed their drinks, food and service. Thanks, Starbucks!!!

I love this Starbucks. I always have great service and if I need a message wrote on my cup they always do it for me. Highly recommend this location. They also have a drive thru which makes it convenient.

Newly remodeled store is awesome. Plenty of seating nice decor. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. One issue , perhaps an anomaly, was at 3PM we were abruptly informed that we would have to leave the lobby in 5 min as they were closing it. This was NOT good PR for this newly opened store , with no warning.
