I always have a great experience at this Starbucks, and a big part of that is thanks to Schmitty! He’s incredibly personable, attentive, and genuinely cares about both the customers and the team. Schmitty has a perfect mix of professionalism and warmth that makes every visit a little brighter.

They did not give me water while I was on the brink of heat stress. Said I need to buy something for a cup of water.

It's sad that they refused to serve a postal worker water during a hot summer day.

Terrible. Super slow, with two workers and no one in the store they took 13 minutes to make two brewed coffees. They don't call out names when orders are ready. And you want tips?? Heres a tip, bring back exceptional customer service. Worst Starbucks in the chain.

While the food and drinks at any Starbucks are the same between locations, this specific Starbucks truly outdoes itself with atmosphere, every time. This is easily my favorite Starbucks location. The morning crew is great, they always meet you with a smile, the question of the day, and a good conversation. I can't recall another Starbucks were the staff learned my name and drink order within my first two or three visits.

This fake orange haired lady with glasses was very rude and obnoxious and makes snide remarks about your order… Beware of this employee she’s out to get ya!

People, please, a 4.4? That’s outrageous. I have never - EVER! - been to a Starbucks where I have felt more welcomed. I’m a visitor here in Reno, visiting my daughter for nine months. I’ve only recently stumbled upon this gem of a place and sadly I have to return home. But in the short time I’ve been visiting this location, I’ve never felt more like I am a part of this place than I am here. First of all, Danny was the first barista to learn my name and my drink after only two visits. Followed by Becky who did the same. And then there’s Smitty, seems to be the hub of all of theses wonderful people. He greets me with the national holiday of the day, and then hits each customer with an open ended question. They all listen, they all respond, they all participate. What??? You’re not just getting your favorite daily drink, you’re getting the Norm and Cliff experience of waking into a place where everybody knows your name. I wish I had more time to get to know all of the smiling baristas here. So Seattle, if you’re listening, send your smart people down here and observe this group in action, model your service plan after then, talk to them, listen to them, take action because not every Starbucks is like this hidden jewel. When you’re done, pay these people what they’re worth. I personally think you’re getting a bargain out of them.

Food and drinks are as expected. People working there are always friendly and the facility is clean and bright. A nice place where I catch up with my friend after a Sunday yoga class!
