Customer service here is so off. The girl at the register with the longer dark hair needs training. Most of the issue is that you need to slow down and listen to what people are saying - cutting someone off mid-sentence means you are denying yourself the opportunity to even hear what patrons are trying to say.
I don't get it with this location. This is why we don't come here.

Organization is non-existent in this Starbucks disorder, and chaos is key here. The supervisor doesn't care 1 bit about customer service. I waited over 10 minutes for 1 cup of coffee. How ridiculous.

Pretty decent Starbucks, but what’s with the huge political flag greeting customers? Starbucks should be a place to enjoy a cup of coffee meet in a relaxing atmosphere away from the political turmoil of today. Having been to Starbucks literally all over he world , from Shanghai, to Sydney , Frankfurt, Dubai and a plethora of stores all over the USA , never has been seen an in your face political flag , till this! Keep your political feelings to yourself, manager. Shame on you.

This location has had a slow descent over time. A long while back, it was great here. Even about a year ago, it was better than it is now.
Customer service is not good at all here. Some of these people are unkind to the point of being quite rude.
I stopped ordering my favorite drink here after one of the baristas told me it was inconvenient for them to have to make this because they are busy. Get that - I had to switch to a different drink when I come to this location, because they are "the busiest store in reno" and i guess customers are an inconvenience.
A few times, baristas have expressed their displeasure at having to remake a drink - this is despite the drink being made poorly or even incorrectly.
While this poor attitude is commonplace, it is by no means shared by everyone working here. There are some really kind people here who are always super awesome.
In my opinion, there needs to be a shake-up with shift supervisors. These people have to know this kind of behavior is happening and seem unwilling or unable to take effective, corrective action. In my experience, when there are more than a couple people acting out of line, it's typically a management issue. And that's where I would start in this instance.
Starbucks has a reputation for its culture and values. And the culture and values demonstrated here just doesn't align with that.
