7/29/2023Thirst after eating several rounds of wings..I'm addicted to the dragon refresher..Normally, I'd drink a nice carbonated soda, but saw the sign for Starbucks.Downtown is rarely visited by me, but service was prompt and fast.Was really nice when the staff asked if I wanted lemons in the drink..

Staff were chill and quick to make drinks. They are responsive to what you need! The frap was a bit watery. Coffee was your standard coffee.

Careless service. I'm baffled at how little care the employees have towards their product and customers. They made my food item many minutes after they gave the person after me their food because I reminded them. I received it very burnt and had it replaced and it is still burnt. The lady said to me it's burnt "but only a little" burnt is burnt regardless of quantity and that is unacceptable. I've come to this location multiple times before hoping for different service results and it's the same every time. Genuinely I won't be coming here for any service again. Only for my own work at a table.
So yeah, they were out of the cheese box in the cooler so I asked if they had more. The manager Nikki said I'm out here but if you wait a few minutes I will get you one from the other store. Exceptional service..nice work Nikki

I come to this Starbucks. I really like the proximity of this Starbucks. Staff are always nice, I wish more people would tip that staff. Drinks are EXPENSIVE. Mediocre service and preparation of drinks. Do not honor scheduleVery Loud, the music, casino machines and Announcer over the Speaker system, plus face masks, make it hard for barista to hear your order.They have a very bad habit of closing earlier than the schedule time. I will get here at 9:30 pm on a Saturday when they close 10 pm .. they will not take your order.Do not have enough staff during rush hours. Such as 6-9 am . They have one person taking the order and making it. Or they have staff uninterested turning their back and ignoring the fact, that there is a line of up to 10 people.. where they can open another register.Prices are $2-3 dollars more than a freestanding shop.Great WIFI AND AC
