I waited 15 minutes for one drink. Unorganized, the staff was busy talking with each other rather than prioritizing customers. Also, I don't know what Starbucks policy is but drive-through customers seem to get attended to first even if you were there standing in line before they rolled up.
There staff is not good they are ignoring the coustmer i am stand 4-5 minutes they ignore me
By far one of the worst Starbucks locations in the world. Takes them forever to get even a simple espresso produced. They seem to prioritize mobile and drive-through orders over folks who bother to actually walk into the shop.

Do not go here go to Smiths. On several occasions I put in my order 15 minutes in advance and it's still not ready when I get there. I go to Smith's no issue in wait

This is the 3rd time I’ve gone in and they are always out of some type of milk, which shouldn’t be an issue all the time. But we encountered a very rude employee who was running the drive through who literally argued with us about our coffee having syrup in it and about a gallon of 1/2 and 1/2. It’s just never consistent and the customer service is not there at all.
This is the worst starbucks in Reno they messed up my dad's coffee how hard is it to just give me a black tall hot coffee? Not hard instead he got a green mache latte he's like what is this? I won't be back since they screw it up all the time and what's up with the lock bathrooms they didn't want to give me the stupid code I'm like I'm a customer give it to me dammit!

The past several times to this location, they are always out of ingredients for different drinks. On 1/25 in drive thru, it happened again, no caramel for the drinks. I had to call my daughter to find out what she wants now, and this takes a minute. Now the lady working is getting pushy. I finish the order and pull forward to not be greeted until she comes to collect. Now she is rude and disrespectful, all because they couldn't make a drink and I don't just order for someone else. There was no hello, no thank you, not even have a good day. It is not the customers fault that the store chooses to not order products so the drinks can be made. You should be understanding and apologizing for not being able to serve your customers.

Multiple occasions where I pay for food and they don’t have it and don’t tell me until AFTER I pay. Messed up my drinks multiple times and baristas have the nastiest attitude. White blonde barista today had the worst attitude and messed up my order.
Every time I go they never get my order right my food is always cold.
I went to today for a hot chocolate tasted like water had to go back after I got home . And it was super cold as well as my oatmeal it barely even had water and it was cold ! This location has been the worst one !

Waited in the drive-thru for 2 drinks and 2 baked goods for at least 20 minutes. Baked goods and drinks were delicious, but we literally saw everything sit on the counter for 10 minutes. These drinks aren't hard to make and all of the baked goods only require reheating. Don't understand why it took so long. We won't use this drive-thru again.

I had the pleasure @ visiting the Buck & Lemmon store. I was meeting an associate to handle some paperwork. I decided to order an iced ppventi Carmel Machioto and a mozzarella & pesto tomatoe sandwich. I asked the barista to toast it for me. Not a problem. Excellent friendly service. If you get a chance stop in or roll thru the drive thru. Get Sum, Reno!!

I went in to order 1 iced energy drink since mobile ordering was turned off. Was told it would be a 10-20 minute wait and ended up just getting a refund after 30 minutes. When I checked on my drink after 30 minutes employees seemed unconcerned and just said they were running late. Employees did not seem to be working quickly or in a hurry to catch up. Store was busy but not over 30 minute wait for a drink that is mostly a premade can and premade tea mixed together.
