This is the worst starbucks in town. Would give negative stars if I could.
This place had a super long drive through line this morning (like always because this location is terribly slow). So I decided to go in.
I walked right up to the counter because nobody else was in line inside the building. The barrista asked me to gold on a moment before she could take my order. I stood there patiently while I watched 4 barristas make coffee for the drive through and hold private conversations. After 10 minutes of nobody taking my order, I just walked out and went else where.
Only come here if you have nothing to do and all the time in the world to wait, not just on your coffee, but just to have your order taken.

My husband went to pick up coffee for me, our children, and himself shortly before the store’s closing time. Unfortunately, both my Chestnut Praline coffee and my husband’s Caramel Macchiato tasted extremely unpleasant. The drinks had a strong burnt coffee flavor, were overly watered down, and had excessive syrup added.
What was most concerning is that both drinks tasted exactly the same, despite being completely different beverages. This raises serious concerns about the quality of preparation. Due to how bad the drinks tasted, we were forced to throw both of them away, resulting in a complete waste of money.
This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We expect consistency and quality, regardless of the time of day, and this visit fell far below those expectations.I think they did it on purpose.

Love this starbuck all drinks are awesome but the food is im not a big fan a bit expensive for such a tiny tray of cheese

Ordered 6 drinks, few breakfast sandwiches and some cake pops for the family. Only 1 drink was made correctly. The other 5 weren't complicated and were off the general menu. The cake pops were put in between the breakfast sandwiches...effectively melting all of them. Spending roughly $120 for a special treat for family only to have it all messed up is pretty disappointing. The Uber Driver did great, it's just Starbucks that packaged the order wrong and basically made the entire order incorrectly. I recommend ordering here but only if you're able to verify your order before leaving.

If I can give 0 i will! Service is too much waiting we've been waiting for 10mins in drive thru and in ordering foods so sucks! I've order Java Chips and adds on/put some cookie crumble and the size is the big we've said the Venti but they've gave us Mocha Crumble the Grande the small one thats so funny we've told them that it's venti(big one) and the guy said they don't have mocha anymore so he can't change it!! Your customer service SUCKS!!!

I stopped by this Morning on 9/15/25 for a Pumpkin Spice iced latte a spinach feta egg white rap and a ham and cheese croissant I was very disappointed with the customer service I received thru drive thru I felt like I was being interrogated by “Megan”besides that
The pumpkin spice latte did not taste like what I expected and the spinach feta egg wrap looked like if someone threw up on it , it looked gross! so I threw it away I will NOT be RETURNING! ✌🏼

Ordered my drink & I always ask for extra strawberries I usually never get them but my local SB did, the girl that took my order wen I asked said u mean the bits on top & I said yes, I was thinking gonna b like everywhere else & low & behold there was way more than I expected, I was so happy they really did give me extra/yaaay. I did also ask for light ice & that didn't happen but im not complaining since they gave me the extra strawberries I asked for. Overall the girl who took my order was super nice & I had a good experience.

Worst. And the slowest. Service. Ever. The drive through felt more like a crawl through so I went inside where about twenty angry people were already waiting on three, rather not hurrying baristas. Stood at the counter for 3 minutes ready to order never got acknowledged snd left.
I came here on 7-14-25 when you guys have no product, which is NOT anyone's problem. but starbucks. So I ordered a matcha and wanted strawberry cold foam, and they didnt have that sp I HAD TO GET LAVENDER AND ISSA STILL CHARGED ME. I think its crazy that the customer service at this place is trash and everytime I go here its the same thing. The workers in here are not good at their job. Definitely don't recommend this place. Issa needs to learn how to deal with customers. Charging me extra for something when it originally should have it on there is not right.

Hate to do this but it’s time. This is the worst starbucks sadly that I’ve been to. Super slow. Always. This morning I walked in waited at the register and didn’t even get acknowledged and stood there, looking around. There were two people in the lobby and myself. I get if you’re busy, but no one was there with 3 or 4 cars in the drive through. This place is always slow beyond belief and extremely poor service. I like the remodel. It’s nice inside but if you want to wait 15-20 minutes for your coffee, this is the place to go. Go to any other Starbucks but this one. Save yourself the time.

They can't keep up with demand, the traffic flow for the drive through and cafe is dysfunctional. Everyone stands cause the chairs don't have backs. The drink i ordered came iced on a cold day. Go to a different place.
