This place is the worst Starbucks in reno. They are rude unlike any other service I've ever seen. When you order on line they leave your drinks up there so anybody can take tgem or touch your drinks. The workers tgere are always mean and very nasty. I will never go back there

I said 1 drink 3 shots , 1 drink 5 shots …..they said yes but they didn't follow through. I tried and unlike every other day I drank, I went back and told them, the woman was not happy and spoke loudly in my face. It's just not right and I want to change it. They had an attitude towards me. When I ordered for the first time I gave them a tip, I was wrong to give it to them. The woman said bad things about me to an employee. I've had drinks at many places where they did it wrong, so I went in and said it wasn't right. They were happy and willing to do it again for me. The woman who said bad things about me should relearn how to serve before learning how to mix

I’ve given this Starbucks many chances and every time I’m stuck in the drive thru 25+ mins. I tried walking inside, same thing. You’re better off going to the Starbucks inside Smiths across the street.
