I have been coming to this store for a little over 3 years now, and have a particularly unique drink order that isn't difficult so much as it is specific. EVERY SINGLE BARRISTA AND MANAGER AT THIS STORE- regardless of how long they've worked there - have ALWAYS made sure that the drink they made matched the expectation of my order and since day 1, they have always exceeded my expectations!

I have been to dozens of other Starbys stores & have ordered my drink a dozen different ways to make sure it's easy to understand
& done right, but 99% of the time it just falls short & I end up just throwing it away.

So, when I'm wanting my Trente Cold Brew with 8 pumps of Brown Sugar syrup in the coffee & 8 pumps brown sugar syrup in my vanilla sweet cream foam with SUPER LIGHT ICE (like 7 ice cubes) and EXTRA foam (like start the foam at the bottom line of the "decaf" box on the cup).... I will literally go out of my way -no matter how inconvenient- to go see Kate & all of the barristas at this store because I know I'll never be disappointed.

If I end up having to order from any other store, I'm ordering whatever generic, basic monthly/seasonal coffee special is being featured because at least there's a standard recipe to follow so it's the same everytime.

So, Thank you, Kate & friends for spoling me & ruining me for any other Starbys store but yours! LOL 🥰

The woman who took my order was new or something. It took a couple of tries and drinks. Londonfog sub classic, sub soy... not too difficult.

WiFi so slow it's hard to even send an email. The whole point of coming here is the internet.

Definitely one of the best Starbucks in the system. The crew are friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and comfortable. They even clean the bathrooms. While I was there, the employee stumbled onto a problem in the bathroom, and he promptly took care of it. Convenient parking right outside the door. Walking distance from the courtyard hotel. No vagrance living in the restaurant or on the sidewalk outside. There are even a couple of outdoor tables.

What made this trip especially memorable is the two barristas that were soo personable . They treated us like great friends. The store was clean along with the restrooms. Oh and let's not forget the reason for the visit. Coffee was spot on.

At the time we got there was late in the evening so it very laid back and chill. The staff were friendly and courteous, they didn't hurry us even though they were getting ready to close. Thanks guys.

Why... why, Starbucks? I understand your struggle as I used to work as a barista, then a manager, at a cafe. So I get it. I get being on your feet for hours while multi-tasking, getting slammed with complicated orders. Sometimes gotta work both the counter and drive-thru while unmotivated coworkers chat one another up, but you can't let that bother you because you must simultaneously smile through clenched teeth as impatient customers make demands like you're their servant. I recall the feeling when you see Margo's new Lexus, yet again, pull into the drive-thru to insist that you remake her Quad Venti Half-Caff Mocha Chai Oat Milk No Whip w/ Cinnamon and Caramel Drizzle Extra Hot Cappuccino (but she doesn't really want a cappuccino, rather a latte, but she's not hearing that) because it's not hot enough or too much caramel drizzle or she's certain there's milk in it. Sigh. But, me? I always ask about your day. I always tell you I appreciate you. I always tip. During the holiday season, I take cash to be divided among the staff at the Starbucks I frequent most. And all I ask is for two things: At least attempt to follow order notes and give me a friggin straw for my frappuccino. You people are sadists with not sending straws for fraps when delivered. How the hell do you expect people to consume a frozen beverage without a straw? Most people do not have straws just on tap at home or work or in their vehicle. It's so simple. Straws within arm’s reach all over the place up in every Starbucks for your convenience. Just grab one, put it in the bag. It's the easiest part of your job. If I order extra espresso shots, add them. If I order an affogato shot for my frap, pour it on top. I can tell when you try to cheat as I know how it's supposed to taste. You people probably owe me thousands of dollars for years of screwing me out of espresso shots paid for yet not received, 2% milk used instead of the heavy cream or breve I was charged for, scorched shots, wet cappuccinos that were ordered extra dry, etc. Improper prep of my beverages results in the equivalent of setting the money spent on fire because it ends up in the trash. I rarely return them. I mean, if you couldn't/didn't do it in the first place, why would I think you'd do it right the next time? Not to mention, some people get all vindictive about returns; I prefer my beverages bodily-fluid-free. In case you're unaware, Starbucks is stupid expensive. I modify my drinks they way I do for a reason... because, to my palate, the standard versions suck. I want to actually taste the flavor of coffee. Hence, additional espresso. Don't treat all of your customers like the annoying yuppie that is never satisfied and never tips. Treat your customers well until they give you a reason to not. I try to always treat others as they treat me. So, if you don't care about your clientele, fine; but I bet you care about tips. If you improve your customer service skills and attempt to fulfill orders accurately- AND PROVIDE STRAWS FOR FRAPS-perhaps you'd have happier customers. Thus, perhaps more $ in tips. My system is to initially tip well and then adjust accordingly. You set the standard. The better my drinks, the better your tips. When my money is wasted, it's deducted from your tips. And you guys often create more work for yourselves due to failing to follow order notes. I request no whip cream, no drizzle, or whatever. Here's my drink, yay! ? Oh, it's covered in whip cream and drizzle. ? Now I've gotta go spoon it all off, making the time you spent slopping it on a totally pointless endeavor. Take some pride in your work. Crafting specialty beverages is a form of art. Demonstrate your talent. Why would you want a rep for producing garbage drinks? I didn't have the modern equipment you do; I did it all old school style. I very rarely had complaints. And I always PROVIDED STRAWS. If you don't care about your work being of quality, don't care about your customers or o
