I stopped yesterday for a summer skies drink. They were out of Boba, yet still charged me the same. What really shocked me was how rude the drive thru lady was. Usually starbucks employees are professional. I am very disappointed

This starbucks is THRIVING. Everyone there has a good attitude and enjoys being there. It is felt when you walk in. Service was timely and delicious. Because of their good attitude you can tell others enjoy being there too. Keep shining bright 🔆
P.s. sometimes I believe as many as six impossible things before breakfast

I did not pay attention if it was almost closing time but the lady that made our drinks was very unpleasant. She did not make 3 of the 4 drinks right. And had a certain uptight attitude. Never been treated like this at a Starbucks.

Had a mobile order then pull

ed up through the drive though. They had me pull up to the side which is fine but the lady named Taryn was very rude when we asked for a water cup while we wait. No reason to be rude when we are asking very nicely and are willing to go to the front of the store.

It's a simple little coffee store, nothing fancy. And it was away from my usual route around town. But I was thirsty and feeling tired, so I stopped and I was glad that I did. They served me some good coffee.

They handle deliveries as if they are an inconvenience. Difficult at times to get timely help when picking up an order and there is one lady there that is routinely rude when interacting with her. I have customers to serve just as they do and it is very important to me that I serve the Customer as well as possible. I expect the same from Starbuck's!

Ordered a simple drink; iced tea with lemonade and a slice of bread warmed up. Took 7 minutes to have both in our hands. Workers all seemed a little discombobulated and disorganized.

I've been going to the Starbucks for years.But Wednesday around 4 o'clock.I had a very bad experience with the drive up girl when I ordered my coffee.I requested an extra shot and the little froth on top, She was confused with my order so when I got to the window I said have they changed the terminology or something?Because I've been ordering it.This way for over thirty years and she did not know What I was talking about And said most people don't like a lot of milk on top of the coffee.I explained that is exactly what I don't want.I want froth on top, Then very rudely said. We'll have that ready for you in a minute and slam the window Shut when she brought me my coffee. I said I'm sorry I didn't mean to piss you off. I was just trying to clarify so that I could order it properly. If they'd change the terminology, she said to me with a smirky smile. You didn't piss me off, with a look like I just spit in your coffee? at that point I said okay. Have a nice day very politely. And she said to me, I could say the same thing. As if being polite and not arguing with her and saying, have a nice day was like telling her to kiss off or something. I was like Oh my God what the hell's going on here and I just left, but after that experience, I can't go back there. I don't know when she's working or not working. I can't trust her to make my coffee. She definitely doesn't know what the word froth means. It's just a real shame. I'm a 67-year-old American nice guy. I've been going there for years. I always go there with my dog.The girls have always been very polite. And i'm not one who leaves reviews but I just had to say something

I usually love Starbucks but from now on, I’m going to be a Dutch Bros fan this morning when I went to go get my regular drinks I ordered three drinks for my little brother and sister and for my mom to surprise her at work I was already stressed out because I had to get the kids to school on time and when I was trying to make my order, the lady kept getting mad at me for saying medium or large. She kept being like you mean Venti or you mean this and I’m not too familiar with Starbucks name so I was like sure and when I asked her if I could do a cup She kept saying I would you like to buy a cup and I kept saying no I already have a cup. I would just like to fill it and she was really confused. That wasn’t even the bad part, though the bad part was when another person had to come on the line because she didn’t understand me somehow, and he ended up calling me, sir I’ve never been called sir in my life I was born, a female, and I don’t look like a male at all or sound like one I’m never going to the Starbucks again worst service I’ve ever had probably will never go to a Starbucks ever again, Dutch Bros for life not to mention when he took my cup, he used a bin to take it and used a bin to serve me my drink never has that ever happened to me before I don’t know if that’s a regular thing but I also thought it was really weird because of all the times I’ve been to Starbucks. They never done any of this before. Thanks for all the strawberry refreshers I’m moving on to better things like Dutch Bros.
