I usually love Starbucks but from now on, I’m going to be a Dutch Bros fan this morning when I went to go get my regular drinks I ordered three drinks for my little brother and sister and for my mom to surprise her at work I was already stressed out because I had to get the kids to school on time and when I was trying to make my order, the lady kept getting mad at me for saying medium or large. She kept being like you mean Venti or you mean this and I’m not too familiar with Starbucks name so I was like sure and when I asked her if I could do a cup She kept saying I would you like to buy a cup and I kept saying no I already have a cup. I would just like to fill it and she was really confused. That wasn’t even the bad part, though the bad part was when another person had to come on the line because she didn’t understand me somehow, and he ended up calling me, sir I’ve never been called sir in my life I was born, a female, and I don’t look like a male at all or sound like one I’m never going to the Starbucks again worst service I’ve ever had probably will never go to a Starbucks ever again, Dutch Bros for life not to mention when he took my cup, he used a bin to take it and used a bin to serve me my drink never has that ever happened to me before I don’t know if that’s a regular thing but I also thought it was really weird because of all the times I’ve been to Starbucks. They never done any of this before. Thanks for all the strawberry refreshers I’m moving on to better things like Dutch Bros.

Had a mobile order to pick up, and everything was ready by the time I got there. The food is really good and the drinks are great, especially the pistachio cream cold brew!Vegetarian options: The beyond breakfast sandwich is so amazing!

Coffee not prepared as ordered, coffee was weak, very dissatisfying. Haven't had a problem before. Undoubtably whoever made the coffee definitely dropped the ball.

I had a horrible day today, got fired from my job and my car got totaled, these two baristas Nathan and Dee were such a joy when I walked in.. I will never forget them! Loved this atmosphere and store, will be recommending to family and friends! They need a raise!

I'm confused, another missing Yelp review??? Can my reviews (and pictures) get deleted without me knowing? Sure feels that way. Quality/Quantity - My daily cup of coffee. I know bad habits... Yes, I really need to cut back. Atmosphere - Convenient location, as I shop Walmart too often. Drive thru, plenty of mall parking. Decent size location, indoor & outdoor seating. Open 7 days a week, 5am or 6am to 8pm. Service - Good, they offer samples at times. Price - $3 ish for my daily small Pikes coffee. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1971 and for being the largest coffeehouse chain in the world! #114 on the Fortune 500 list. As of 2021, 33,833+ stores, and 15,444 of them are in the US. 1992 IPO. 2003 Acquired Seattle's Best Coffee. 2008 Loyalty card program. 2020 Generous programs to employees due to COVID. Closed all stores except drive thru and delivery. Paid for 30 days whether employees went to work or stayed home. Gave employees free daily meals and drinks whether they were working or not. Focused on the mobile app and future stores "convenience-led" formats with drive thru and curbside pickup.

I don’t know what it is about this particular location, but every time I go in the staff is nice and friendly and smiling, which is pretty unusual these days but very much appreciated.
