Said no whip cream, came with whip cream. Turns out redone drink did not contain oat milk as requested had regular milk, asked for oat milk, now have stomach ache, thanks. Be careful as they do not pay attention to instructions. Not happy I have to suffer for their lack of quality of job performance and I paid for this!

As far as Starbucks goes, it’s tough to imagine a better and more consistent experience than this location. The drive thru moves quick (even on busy mornings), the folks who work the drive thru are always warm and welcoming, and in the year that I’ve lived across the street from here… I don’t think they’ve EVER gotten my order wrong. Easy 5 stars.

Ordered a grande latte in the drive thru, then discovered the cup was only about 60% full after I pulled out of the parking lot. Ripoff warning.

Quality of service has really declined. They put all their other customers ahead in priority over delivery drivers. Starbucks has gotten too big. There are other coffee businesses in town that have much better service

As much as you spend on a drink you would hope they could get it right. Instead of a vanilla float apparently just a splash is sufficient to keep food costs down. Luckily we had creamer at the house to make it palatable. So disappointing…

I had a wonderful experience with their barista Tiffany in this location. She was very friendly and very outgoing. I hope her hard work and kindness are recognized and highly rewarded!

I was not very impressed today with my purchase. It's about 2pm and I was not greeted when I walked in I was standing there for at least 3 minutes before I was acknowledged. And then it took the barista some time to start making my drink because she was on her phone. Won't be back to this location.
