This location used to have Great service and prioritized delivery drivers but recently there’s been a change with that and like some of the other locations in the Reno area, they put walk-in customers and people that they know first and put us delivery drivers on the back burner

Starbucks shops are the same everywhere, I suppose that is the idea. Makes it an okay meeting place with strangers. Coffee is mediocre at best.

Won't be a starbies girl anymore. Used tap and pay, Automatic charge for tip which is bull. Also didn't know they charge extra for syrups now either. Frap was watery too. I'll stick to Dutch Bros.

Starbucks is a causal place to chat which you’re looking for sometimes. But this one I went to to meet with old friends was a mess. The employees I had no idea what they were doing because it wasn’t busy. When we ordered they didn’t have a lot of ingredients left. (Extra in storage)? So I purchased a Carmel brûlée coffee frappe and it was disgusting. Tasted like watered down coffee, melted whipped cream and no sprinkles. I should have taken it back, asked for my money than my friends and I just get waters.

The service was great. There were two people there at 5:30 pm, helpful and nice. The food is okay. I don't go to Starbucks much as I don't drink coffee but I had gift cards. I got a pineapple smoothy and it was pretty good. I also got some desserts. They are pretty good but expensive.

My husband and I came in on the morning of 11/27 (my birthday) and there were no other customers.We were ordering coffees for our road trip.I redeemed my birthday award (wasn’t told happy birthday, which I thought was rude).My husband got his drink but mine (which was just a brewed coffee nothing special) took 10 minutes.My husband stood at the counter waiting, and they finally looked at him and said, is there something else we can help you with and he said I’m waiting for my wife’s coffee.Mind you…..NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE!!Very disappointing start to my birthday unfortunatelyIn addition, Floors were filthy and they had just opened

I hate to do this but genuinely the people at this Starbucks need either more training or opened eyes and ears. So many times drinks are done incorrectly or completely forgotten when the store is dry with customer activity. I have ordered a large iced tea and been given three small hot cups of the tea in the past. Just today I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate that was given to me cold from being left out. Please do better, everyone there has the ability to improve upon their work ethic.
