Pulled into this Starbucks hoping for a quick caffeine fix, and the start looked promising. The place itself has that cozy wood-and-brick vibe, and the line moved fast. When I placed my order, I made sure to say it twice: “Iced Caramel Macchiato.” I even stressed the word iced.
A few minutes later, I was handed a steaming hot cup. Not exactly what I had in mind. At $5.90 plus a $1 tip I dropped before noticing the details, I expected at least the right drink. Mistakes happen, but that one took a little of the shine off my visit.
Inside, the barista at the counter was friendly, no complaints there, but the restroom told a different story—paper on the floor, trash overflowing, just not the kind of clean you want in a coffee spot you’re paying premium prices for.
All in all, it’s not the worst Starbucks I’ve been to, but it definitely wasn’t the best either. Service was nice, but between the wrong drink and the messy bathroom, this stop lands at a fair 3 stars.
Would I swing back? Maybe, if I’m in the area and desperate for caffeine. But next time, I’ll double-check before leaving the counter.

Placed order ahead of time for and out of town trip. App said my drink would be ready within 7 mins. Got there and it took a few more minutes for the drinks I ordered to be ready but I didn't mind the drinks we're made perfectly. Thank you guys.

The drinks are good and service is great. The atmosphere suffers from the modern design/decor. What was once a warm coffee shop is now reminiscent of a Soviet block hotel.

This store is very dirty and unsanitary. Came in to buy a drink and as soon as I entered the store it smelled like a high school locker room, got my kids and walked right outside.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a single drink because they took forever to give the drinks to a car ahead in the line.
Somehow the collective brain power of a $100B company hasn't figured out that if a single drive thru order is taking a long time, that car should be pulled off to the side so that it doesn't delay the whole line. Both me and the car in front of me had our drinks waiting and ready. So not only did we get to wait uselessly for 20 minutes, my drink was cold and my wife's ice had melted by the time we got them.
Has its own local personality...groovy for a franchise. 'Rachel' and crew are effective and inspire health! She really impressed me when I noticed her paying extra attention (while taking drive through orders no less) to a ' father ' and daughter in trouble. She's a keeper! I should be so lucky but don't own a cafe! (sticking with chai tea though!...) Delicious. Hot water in 'anyone allowed' restroom...changing table too! Free music!

Treated myself to a spinach feta egg wrap before heading back home to San Francisco. Luckily, the day of the week was Saturday when the bank was closed so I had a place to park my truck; I imagine a weekday would be very difficult since I parked in the “forbidden” area of the lot which was spaciously open. As for the joint, it was just a standard Starbucks with expected food. The staff was fine but quite a bit distant from my top 10.

The employees at this location are AWESOME! Walked here on a snowy day and all of the ladies here today were so kind, and attentive. They even offered me a free refill of my white hot chocolate!!! These are the kind of star employees every Starbucks should strive to have!
