Unfriendly employees. When I walked up to order, the girl taking my order looks like I'm disturbing her by ordering. (I'm the only customer there and all 3 employees where standing around talking when I arrived). I krder3d and she doesn't even say anything. She rings me up then walks away. When I picked up the drink, same response from the other girl. I asked a question and she points to the answer and walks off. My apologies for buying a drink.

They are always so polite and greet me right when I walk in, very friendly staff. I always order thru the mobile app so I am never in there long.

I was standing there for a few min not being greeted and then they took someone behind me and didn’t even apologize or acknowledge me. I was standing at the register with a snack ready to purchase. I really don’t get it.

Why... why, Starbucks? I understand your struggle as I used to work as a barista, then a manager, at a cafe. So I get it. I get being on your feet for hours while multi-tasking, getting slammed with complicated orders. Sometimes gotta work both the counter and drive-thru while unmotivated coworkers chat one another up, but you can't let that bother you because you must simultaneously smile through clenched teeth as impatient customers make demands like you're their servant. I recall the feeling when you see Margo's new Lexus, yet again, pull into the drive-thru to insist that you remake her Quad Venti Half-Caff Mocha Chai Oat Milk No Whip w/ Cinnamon and Caramel Drizzle Extra Hot Cappuccino (but she doesn't really want a cappuccino, rather a latte, but she's not hearing that) because it's not hot enough or too much caramel drizzle or she's certain there's milk in it. Sigh. But, me? I always ask about your day. I always tell you I appreciate you. I always tip. During the holiday season, I take cash to be divided among the staff at the Starbucks I frequent most. And all I ask is for two things: At least attempt to follow order notes and give me a friggin straw for my frappuccino. You people are sadists with not sending straws for fraps when delivered. How the hell do you expect people to consume a frozen beverage without a straw? Most people do not have straws just on tap at home or work or in their vehicle. It's so simple. Straws within arm’s reach all over the place up in every Starbucks for your convenience. Just grab one, put it in the bag. It's the easiest part of your job. If I order extra espresso shots, add them. If I order an affogato shot for my frap, pour it on top. I can tell when you try to cheat as I know how it's supposed to taste. You people probably owe me thousands of dollars for years of screwing me out of espresso shots paid for yet not received, 2% milk used instead of the heavy cream or breve I was charged for, scorched shots, wet cappuccinos that were ordered extra dry, etc. Improper prep of my beverages results in the equivalent of setting the money spent on fire because it ends up in the trash. I rarely return them. I mean, if you couldn't/didn't do it in the first place, why would I think you'd do it right the next time? Not to mention, some people get all vindictive about returns; I prefer my beverages bodily-fluid-free. In case you're unaware, Starbucks is stupid expensive. I modify my drinks they way I do for a reason... because, to my palate, the standard versions suck. I want to actually taste the flavor of coffee. Hence, additional espresso. Don't treat all of your customers like the annoying yuppie that is never satisfied and never tips. Treat your customers well until they give you a reason to not. I try to always treat others as they treat me. So, if you don't care about your clientele, fine; but I bet you care about tips. If you improve your customer service skills and attempt to fulfill orders accurately- AND PROVIDE STRAWS FOR FRAPS-perhaps you'd have happier customers. Thus, perhaps more $ in tips. My system is to initially tip well and then adjust accordingly. You set the standard. The better my drinks, the better your tips. When my money is wasted, it's deducted from your tips. And you guys often create more work for yourselves due to failing to follow order notes. I request no whip cream, no drizzle, or whatever. Here's my drink, yay! ? Oh, it's covered in whip cream and drizzle. ? Now I've gotta go spoon it all off, making the time you spent slopping it on a totally pointless endeavor. Take some pride in your work. Crafting specialty beverages is a form of art. Demonstrate your talent. Why would you want a rep for producing garbage drinks? I didn't have the modern equipment you do; I did it all old school style. I very rarely had complaints. And I always PROVIDED STRAWS. If you don't care about your work being of quality, don't care about your customers or o

Starbucks on south Virginia at The Commons across from DSW. HORRIBLE. customer service. the mgr in morning and the barista with pink/orange hair the most disrespectful people. orange hair girl said she didn't care when i told her she had been rude. and pretty sure she called me "b**ch under her breath. th they got my order wrong and kept arguing with me that "i didn't understand ". i was embarrassed, humiliated, insulted and disrespected in front of a full lobby by this mgr "M" and the pink/orange hair girl. never setting foot in that place again. So many other Starbucks that are so much better with their customer.

Unsatisfactory customer service. I asked to use a gift card and had to explain how to scan it after being told I couldn't use it.

I like the newly, redesigned Starbucks inside Target on Sierra Center Parkway; the place looks modern, sleek and clean but still has a relaxed, casual vibe. What I don't like is their inability to scan QR Codes at this location, every time I buy anything at this location I don't get credit for my Starbucks Rewards program. This location is always consistently out of all the components they need to make their drinks. The staff is friendly but slow; hopefully, it's just because they're still new and will get better in time.

This is my new Starbucks! Ordered online and my order was already waiting for me. I ordered the egg whites, super yummy and fits my paleo diet. My iced green tea never disappoints and I ordered a passion tea for later so I asked for no ice. I was expecting it to be half full, but they filled that baby up! Baristas are super friendly. I over heard their conversation so whomever just had a baby congrats

I ordered via mobile this morning and I usually do for this location but today was exceptionally pleasant. I saw a new barista behind the counter and she was so nice! Since the sugar packets are not out anymore due to Covid, I asked for a handful and how generous she was with her handful. She even asked if I'd like them in a cup, I said no thanks. What a great Wednesday pick me up.

Located under the radar within a Target department store, this hidden gem of Reno is must-see for anyone looking for a good coffee and even better service. This coffee shop bleeds the kind of atmosphere you thought only existed on television. You can sit back and relax with your coffee for a minute as the world moves around you. A melting pot of people bustle back and forth within the red walls of the store in a rush for the hottest deals as almost character-like employees interact and whip up drinks with a frenzied synergy that contradicts your expectations of what working for a soul crushing Seattle based corporation must be like. With dazzling smiles, the baristas address their customers by name. It is clear that the people warmly taking in their morning coffee are regulars. They could go anywhere. So why do they go here? To a chain located within a chain? It can only be because of the excellent customer service. The dynamic dark roast duo behind the counter are named Diana and Kelsey and between discussing the intricacies of French cinema and Canine-American rights, they are delivering the precise orders of their dazzled customers at a lightning pace. Curious to see how they would treat a newcomer, I approached the counter and struggled to figure out what to purchase. With a smile, "Kelsey" suggested I try a "crystal ball" drink that resembled the bad guy in the last Spider-man movie. "Diana" interjected and suggested a variation of the drink that was much better. This personal touch and recommendation had me instantly sold. Despite my eager enthusiasm, they even offered to let me sample it first, assuring me it was not a problem. It was like they'd known me for years and I instantly understood why so many people chose to visit this location. The drink was made to perfection and in that crystal ball drink I saw myself returning here in my future! The service didn't stop there though. After offering me an ice cold water (they managed to inject the frozen H2O croutons very adeptly), I watched as an errant child projectile vomited all over the wall, his mother nowhere to be found. The girls were on top of it instantly. Cleaning the mess and directing customers with practiced ease while calling for assistance with the child, I was stunned by their rapid response. To add to the situation, I watched as a Target employee stumbled over and attempted to rattle the girls with incessant questions about a show called "Duck Tales". With patient looks, the girls answered his questions to satisfaction and it became clear to me that they were truly prepared for anything this red walled hub might throw at them. Do yourself a favor and visit this Starbucks located within Target. If Diana and Kelsey are making drinks with confidence as cool as the Frappuccinos, I can guarantee you'll leave with a smile. ...Parking kinda sucks though.
