Super disorganized! I picked up a mobile order in the drive thru, and they asked me to pay. I said it was a mobile order and I had already paid but they still made me pay. Then proceeded to hand me someone else's order. I came back in and had to order mine again at the register. They did give me a refund for the order that wasn't mine, which was appreciated. Overall, 30 minutes of my time and an extra $10 out of my pocket for the reorder because no one would listen to me at the drive thru window. Not cool.

I ordered an iced matcha latte, they gave me a hot, i tried toughing it out but for whatever reason i can’t stand matcha when it’s hot. i went back after three sips to ask them to switch it back to iced, i got charged an extra 6 dollars and the lady was a total jerk about it.

I love Starbucks, but this location has been pretty disappointing. The staff are not very friendly and the timing of orders has not been that great. I ordered a London Fog Tea and it was totally forgotten about. While waiting, there was absolutely no acknowledgment. No one checked to see what I was waiting on. Starbucks is my go-to, but customer service needs to be better.

The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful. It doesn’t feel like the fake “I get paid to smile at you” experience. They are all genuinely patient and relaxing and a joy to talk to.

The only reason I took one star off atmosphere was because it’s not the most comfy cozy coffee shop I’ve ever stopped at but it was nice and clean! I’d just add some plants and pillows lol.

I ordered the same thing I order whenever I go to Starbucks. The person behind the counter tried to tell me, they have nothing like that with fruit or fruit syrup and nowhere in "Nevada" Do they. It's like Nevada Is the only place i've ever gotten starbucks, so how could they not have it?.

Drive through was a breeze! Placed my specialty coffee order, and a few minutes later, I was at the window to pay and pick up my coffee! Much better than the Starbucks' experience in California.
