It took me 15 minutes to get a regular hot coffee with sugar today while much harder drinks were made before mine… for $4 that’s ridiculous. The coffee is served scalding hot and although it took them all that time to add sugar, there wasn’t the amount that I asked for

The drinks we had at this Starbuck were delicious as expected. The service was warm and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing. BUT the relaxed atmosphere was often interrupted by very loud and annoying noises by tables and chairs being pushed around by a staff member.

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks location during my lunch hour (I usually like to drink a coffee and read). I'm greeted with a hello each time I come, which is pleasant. The coffee is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting.

This Starbucks sucks at making brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso!! I had them make my drink 2nd time it was exact same!! I ended up throwing my drink in the trash! That’s how bad it was!!

Super disorganized! I picked up a mobile order in the drive thru, and they asked me to pay. I said it was a mobile order and I had already paid but they still made me pay. Then proceeded to hand me someone else's order. I came back in and had to order mine again at the register. They did give me a refund for the order that wasn't mine, which was appreciated. Overall, 30 minutes of my time and an extra $10 out of my pocket for the reorder because no one would listen to me at the drive thru window. Not cool.
