Google had the place listed in the wrong location, no one answered the phones, spent 30 minutes driving around and asking others for the location, had to park off campus since I'm not a student, almost got a ticket because off campus parking is mostly student permit parking only. Finally, had to walk a few blocks to get my coffee. Not recommended for the general public, really meant for the students around the campus. Didn't realize it when I ordered through the app... not a bad place if you're a student.

From being a student 2013-2017, to working in the Joe 2018-present, I'm definitely a regular customer at this Starbs! I've never had a bad drink from this store, they are always so sweet and friendly, and have great recommendations! The manager Anthony is an awesome dude and always takes care of his customers and team :)

The worst Starbucks I ever been knew charge me, seven dollars for a tall the cup wasn’t even filled all the way in the drink tasted so watery. I will never return there again and I waited so long about 13 minutes wasn’t even that crowded only two cars in the driveway. They seem more focused on their DoorDash orders and helping the customers that were there.

This chain coffee store is fairly near the Nevada campus. It's a busy place with a few places to sit. Take away works best.

I am continuously and pleasantly amazed at how professional and friendly the student staff are at this Starbucks location. They consistently create wonderful drinks, including vegan options, and I applaud the managers running this very clean, efficient, and friendly venue.

If you have time to kill this is a good place to come. Thankfully I had some time and since I was just visiting I had plenty of time just to hang out. I got a double espresso and an iced tea. Ordering was super easy. My fault because I didn't look at the lines waiting for a drink. My iced tea came quickly but the double came much much later. Honestly didn't really care because I was just relaxing and enjoying hanging out. The only thing I minded was the shots had gone off a little. Which I will admit sounds very picky but it's more acidic when the shots wait to long and even though I added milk to them with my order they were still off. Not off so much I would complain and not drink but off where you can taste the acidity. But that being the case I completely understand they were busy and with people getting drinks before class (or during) I get it. It's a good place to be. Great location. Baristas are super sweet and understanding over wait times where they apologize over it when you order. The tea was great and even if the espresso left something to be aspired to. It is still worth going to. The people who work there do their best to make sure you get what you want in as much as a timely manner as they can. If your on campus it's worth going to. It got me through my degree. Many late night coffees and snacks.

Been here a few times for coffee when I'm in town and on campus. Service was alright. The staff who took our order was friendly. My drink was not good at all. Kind of bland and nasty to my tasting. First and last time ordering the chocolate almond espresso. Thankfully I only ordered a tall. I gave this place a three star due to the other staff who worked that evening giving slight attitude and blaming another customer for dropping their cake pop by turning the bag upside down when in fact it's the cheap brown bags that Starbucks use that had a hole in it. Even the staff who took our order told him the bag had a hole and it's not the customer's fault. I stood their and witnessed the customer grabbing their order and out fell the cake pop from the bottom. The young group hesitated about going back to the counter to ask for a replacement and inform the worker that there was a hole and it was not their fault. I told them it's okay and to go up and get the cake pop they paid for since it wasn't their fault it fell onto the ground. They eventually got a replacement and left.

It's a Starbucks! In the UNR student union. It is one of several national franchises in the new building. We were early for a wolf Pack women's basketball game, and came over for a coffee. Yummy! Friendly and helpful staff. Their COVID 19 procedures, they put any and all extras in my coffee drink.

Terrible, for a University run Starbucks this place should be poppin. I got a hot green tea with steamed coconut milk and flavor. I got a green tea with a splash of milk and no flavor. Waste of my time and money. Never again. And it sucks because it was conveniently located
