I came in before as a delivery driver. This time I came in as a customer. There were two employees at the drive thru window. One was taking an order, the other makimg a drink. Neither offered a greeting. I sat for about 3.5 minutes before the one taking an order greeted and offered my order.

I tried to clarify if my tea had sweetener, she didn't know Because she didnt make it. Okay, I get it, but still sucks. If you order packets of sugar, it shouldn't be put in the drink. I prefer to sweeten my own but im not a huge Starbucks person so I didnt know that I have to state that when I ordered online.

I ordered 7 packets of sweetener, I figured that was over kill. My drink is barely sweet. My oatmeal was under done and had so much milk in it it was more a soup than oatmeal plus they gave a fork to spread cream cheese.

Definitely not impressed with food quality or service quality.

Total rudeness here. Watched an employee named April almost yell at another employee over a customers milk choice. Stood at the counter for several minutes without anyone even so much as saying hi. An employee came over to give a customer an item, tried to get her attention, she quickly turned away.

The employees look miserable. Clearly not a positive work environment at all!

I’m not a regular, but this has been my go-to location since it opened — usually early mornings when it’s quiet and there’s little to no traffic. It used to deliver that perfect mix of friendly and efficient service. Lately, though, the tone has changed — the staff now act like serving customers at the counter is a hassle, and they don’t hide it. The shift in attitude is hard to miss.

This was the best starbucks ive ever been too. The staff was super friendly and efficient, the product was perfectly warmed and brewed. Theu serve 'for here' orders on plates and in mugs to reduce waste.

By far the worst Starbucks in town. Never get my drink right I always order the exact same thing and it’s very simple. 1/10 do not recommend the one a block up off 7th & keystone is way better we spend to much money as it is to not get a drink you enjoy!!!!

I really like the decor in this location. Big open spaces with indoor and outdoor seating. Great convenient location with lots of restaurants in the same shopping center.

Used to be my favorite spot, been going for 8 years now. Never again. Got lectured about picking up my mobile order too early in the drive thru. It was unprofessional and unnecessary as they were EMPTY. It was not handled well and the manager couldn't even apologize but seemed satisfied when I stated this makes me not want to order here again. Dutch Bros would NEVER!

Extremely great customer service!!! They knew how to make the exact drink that I like perfect! We have been all over Reno Nevada and their two drops of Carmel did not do The Justice of the extra extra extra caramel we ordered at the other Starbucks is around. Every time we went somewhere different we had to immediately come back because how poorly other Starbucks is here made their drinks. They are very fast in the drive-thru and the employees work very well as a team!! Literally I think this was the best drink I have had from any Starbucks! Definitely choose this one you won't regret it!!!

I asked for the three coffees and they couldn't read the labels they gave me what they wanted I asked her and she told me to take 10 minutes if you want me to do it again she was very rude and sarcastic.
