Being a Washington state native I think coffee runs through my veins it's hard for me to get behind the Starbucks chain, as I've experienced so many smaller coffee shops that made your taste buds Sizzle with happiness! Y6 ⁶6Not to be misunderstood, Starbucks coffee is better than no coffee.Even coming from Washington I guess I'm just not a Starbucks hipster! I don't even speak Starbucks lingo.Maybe im bitter because Ive had to fight the stereotype for so long... with my blonde hair, Uggs, almost always holding a coffee in 1 hand.. its an easier battle when its not a Starbucks cup lol ?

Reno's best Starbucks store!!!! I was quite regular on the 7th and Keystone, but I moved to this for my regular coffee, water, and lemon loaf! I don't know how to say thank you to everyone, but all of the people who work here are cherry-picked! They are the most friendly ones- welcome you, serve you, and then say goodbye! The ambiance is beyond remarkable! By the way - this place has Panera Bread, Cracker Barrel, In-n-Out, Chipotle, Jamba, Chili's, and Royal India next to it - eat wherever you want, but come to this place for your coffee!!!

Today was a hectic day that resulted in my coffee splattered on the ground. I knew that even though I would have to drive back to Starbucks and waste a bit of time, I needed this drink today! To my absolute surprise, the lovely barista was kind enough to take care of my replacement drink! I believe her name was Reece, I just had to say thank you so very much! Your small gesture of kindness has made my day much brighter!
I love this new location, the drive through is a little challenging when it's busy because people enter from both sides, but once you get your drinks or dash inside it's much more roomy, comfortable and enjoyable than the other ones nearby.

This is one of the best Star Buck's in town. On top of that, if you're lucky enough to get Max as your barista you're lucky. The man exemplified stellar service today. He was smiling, knowledgeable, and took my order like a true pro. Yeah, we might not all be baristas for life, and that may or may not apply to Max, but if/when he leaves; this store will miss him, and so will its' customers. I wish more businesses have employees like Max.

After the worst night I've had in Reno in years I literally got blessed at this Starbucks Trenton I believe his name was. was simply super friendly talk to us while we waited for our coffee in the Drive-Thru wonderful smile was a genuine guy and the person that took our drink order didn't catch her name but she was really happy and you could tell that she enjoyed her job. it was so nice to see this Starbucks is definitely a must go to if you enjoy Starbucks coffee and you want great customer service.

I love this Starbucks.This Starbucks has the nicest manager and the nicest crew members.When I was homeless, they were nice enough to let me use their WiFi and they always made sure that my emotional support Chihuahua and I had ice water.The company gives back to the community by donating their food to help feed the homeless and needy people at the Reno Sparks Rescue Mission.A lot of people are very thankful and grateful for their love and support.When you come to this Starbucks location, you can be sure that you will be treated with love and respect by all their employees.I am proud to give this business a good recommendation because the people are the best.I recently moved back to Washington, but i will always remember the love and respect that they showed me, and I actually consider everyone that works there my own, personal friendSo they know who gave this rating, I will tell them that Frank and Chocolata say thank you for the love and kindness you have all shown.I plan to come back to visit and thank you for helping me turn my life back around

I went through the drive thru around 5:15am and I ordered a caramel ribbon CRUNCH frappe. Before I pulled away from the window I asked the red head girl, "Can I please have some crunchies on top?"(FYI - they're supposed to come on top of this frappe)The red head girl told me "There's already crunchies on top" I told her it didn't look like there was any and she assured me that she herself put the crunches in the cup. So I get on the highway and probably make it 2 miles down the highway before I took a drink and became aware that was ZER0 crunchies in my frappe. This might seem petty to somebody else, but I don't even want this coffee if it's not made correctly. I ended up getting off the highway and going to a different store and buying some crunchies to go in my frappe and I have to tip so it cost me an extra $3.50 just to have my drink accurate. I wouldn't be so upset if the girl hadn't lied straight to my face. She had a whole conversation with me about how those were in the frappe and it was so she didn't have to do anything extra

Busy little location in a newly developed commercial space that includes In and Out Burger, Chipotle, Mountain Mikes Pizza and Jamba Juice. The staff at this Starbucks are friendly and personable. Both of our orders took time but the barista provided us with updates and made every effort to get through the rush. There was a very large mobile order that taxed the team but they did their best to get through all the craziness. The dining room has some cool furniture pieces. The drive thru lane snakes completely around the building making it slight confusing to know where to enter on foot through the front door. Overall our drinks were great and I was able to use some of my points to save some bucks at the bux.
