Terrible customer seevice. I got my loaf before my coffee and I just was telling her I only got my loaf and she cut me off with a condescending tone right away oh we are so bussy as you can see....and I was only checking if maybe they just forgot my drink. My loaf was also cold by tgen so I asked to have it rewarded and she said I don't know if that will be safe while rolling her eyes. I rarely come to starbucks and with this experience I don't want to.

They claim to be “short staffed” and blame that on not putting the extra caramel drizzle and caramel crunch toppings I PAID FOR. Then, putting 4 drinks in the drink carrier unbalanced due to the variety of drinks, which then fell over spilling my husbands WHOLE COFFEE OUT. Also, I applied here over a month ago, I called after 3 weeks asking if my app has been reviewed, and the manager Megan, says, “I have a life outside of this job so I haven’t gotten around to scheduling interviews, and I’ll be out of town the next week”
What a joke!!!! Do your jobs or hire people who are willing to pay better attention to the customers, orders, and applicants!!!!!!

When though the drive through for vent cinnamon dolce latte. The drink was lukewarm, and I couldn't taste the syrup in it. They did offer to remake it, but I had somewhere else to be. It's not the first time this has happened.

Sat for 20 minutes after ordering and there was 5 people working behind the counter and it wasn't busy so I decided they could keep my 8 bucks and just left since I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes just for a refund.... pathetic

Very slow service. I was the only one in the building and 2 cars in drive thru. I waited 15 mins to get my drink. Just one drink. The baristas talked and chatted and sneezed all over drink. It was a mess. I don’t think I’ll be going here again. I know for a fact I won’t ever be going here again. You should fire these girls and get new employees

complete chaos. Long line. One cashier. I just wanted a straight cuppa coffee. She said no you have to wait with all the mixed drinks. I said that’s a 20 minute wait usually they just give you a cuppa coffee without making you wait. Which she tells me “ma’am, lots of people are waiting for just a cuppa coffee. You’ll have to wait for them. “So I walked out. that’s after going to the other Starbucks down by the nugget where they served me and lukewarm cuppa coffee and a flat white that tasted like a flat tire

This is a Quad Espresso in a venti cup...which came just like this. Very disappointing since this has been the third time this location has skimp out my orders. Just embarrassing...should of just put it in a Grande cup. Either management needs to retrain their baristas in fulfilling orders efficiently.

I ordered 6 drinks this morning , they were all made wrong ! My venti cups were not full and some were grande when I’ve ordered Venti . For the past 3 weeks they’ve been making my drinks WRONG ! When asked to remake them , they claim they’re not allowed ! When asked their names they state they didn’t make it and never give me their names . I’m very upset and so are my 5 Co-workers !
