We ordered a cold brew with light foam and no ice and a white mocha hot. The cold had light foam but was full of ice so we sent it back to be corrected and the lady was rude because it was wrong. They claimed they were out of venti cups and put it in a different cup but had mostly foam and no coffee. My white mocha was awful it tasted like burnt coffee. Hands down the worse coffee trip of you want coffee I would go somewhere else or a different location.

The one star has nothing to do with service or product. It has to do with the dangerous condition of the parking lot/drive thru and the lack of management/ownership involvement in correcting the problem. Within 2 min of pulling into the drive thru this morning, we watched one person jump the curb into the drive thru area, one vehicle come in the wrong way into the drive thru, and an elderly woman fall into a large pot hole in the drive thru while trying to get out of her vehicle. The family had trouble getting out of the drive thru to seek medical attention because of the wrong way vehicle. We’ve also witnessed altercations in the drive thru because of the wrong way entries and also people parking in the rounded drive thru spot meant for larger vehicles to swing wider. None of this is being addressed and tempers are starting to flair out there. Starbucks, you need to repair the pot holes, repaint the lines and put up more signage before someone else gets hurt!

If I get four drinks and spend more than $25, you better proactively ask if I want a cup carrier. Do I have four hands?And then, when I HAVE TO ASK for a drink carrier, don't toss it my way. Put the drinks in the carrier for me. This is why "Pre-Tipping" makes ZERO sense. Tipping is for Services tendered AFTER the fact and for a job well done. One EARNS a tip. You're not entitled to it.What a lackluster customer service experience.

This place is worst service ever!!!! The staff is rude mean not nice at all!! And the quality and cleanliness is filthy in there. Always a huge wait and if ya order on line to pick up they put the food and drinks out there for anybody to touch and grab. Awful experience ?

Usually it's the same order, large cafe mocha. Have never had an issue.Lots of seats,if you go inside to order. I've never really had to wait more than a few minutes.

Picked up for the customer. Well got argued with about how she didn’t have the order. She wrote eliz on the bag. Then ignored about 10 ppl. Comes back and says it’s there. I said for Esmeralda she said no! We don’t have one. Raised her voice. So I asked her to show the order. She goes oh looks like they wrote the wrong name. I said who?? She was literally the one who made it and wrote on the bag I seen her preparing it and all. It was a weird interaction. Wouldn’t recommend this location for the life of me. Red flags.

We often stop at this Starbucks on our way to the Bay area or when we travel to LA or San Diego. They always provide excellent service, and my orders are always done as I like them. It gets quite busy at certain times of the day. I guess it's because other travelers like this particular Starbucks too.

I understand that in the morning at 8 am, these stores are very busy. But, an order of 3 coffees, 2 sausage Cheddar egg sandwiches, ham and Swiss croissant, and vanilla scones takes an hour is ridiculous. Especially when one egg sandwich was missing and took over 30 minutes to get "an open oven" to make.

Tried the Starbucks caramel frappe - no whip from the Starbucks Lemmon Drive; it was pretty tasty. This location always has some of the nicest baristas.

Drive-thru is sloooowwww. Some baristas, esp if working window, need further education/training in coffee names, ingredients, etc.

Located in a Smiths grocery without a drive thru. The service was fabulous. Had the egg white bites they are served warm, fluffy, bits of pepper. The texture was smooth with a mild flavor.

I normally love Starbucks, but not only did I get rushed and missed out on major savings, but I tipped for mediocre service. I am fair when it comes to service workers- I've been there. But when I am rushed through and don't have time to tell them that I have points in the app and that between 12-6pm all drinks are half off, I get a little irritated. I spent 13.00 too much and it rubbed me wrong. ?
