great being in a hospital.
but they either be giving bagels with no creme cheese and/or knife or forgetting orders ... especially if you order more than 2 items. Definitely on the bottom of the lists of locations I've ordered from.

I have NEVER waited for 45 minutes for a coffee. But I did today. At Renown, the guard on the G level was falling asleep. I told her I would buy her a coffee as my good deed for the day. She was so grateful. After my daughter's neuro appointment, I did what I promised. Ordered her drink. It took 45 MINUTES! I checked w them after 15 minutes...they said that it was coming up. 1/2 hour later!!!!!! There were 6 baristas. And people in the back. Something is not right. I know they are busy but...that was ridiculous.

We've visited this Starbucks for about six months every time we're at Renown for my appointments, which are fairly frequent. The workers have always been nice. The primary reason why we stop there is because my service dog would always take us there (3 years of this) and we finally let him try a Pup Cup. He loves them! And, I order a drink and my husband does at times.
Today, 5/16/2025, we stopped by on our way out. Julian was the one who took my order. She came around with my service dog's Pup Cup and offered it to him. This has not happened before and he usually ignores people. Today, he allowed her to give him the Pup Cup after I said it was okay. He even let her pet him. This was a good experience for both of them. She was extremely happy that I allowed this. She said it was her first week there. If she's there the next time we stop by, I will see if my service dog wants to have her serve him again.

Manager is rude and not welcoming. When I walked up she was telling staff what to do while she was filling cups. She turned around, looked at me and then turned back to the cups. Did not greet me, say good morning, we will be right with you or anything.

There never open at all there thing say 630 pm on Monday and Tues, Wednesday 930pm Thursday and Friday it says midnight and weekend sat says 6 Sunday say 4 there never open at and don't close at the right time I know short staff but it hard for people coming in on night who want a good drink from Starbucks or food and feel it's every day you close early you don't post anything goes the web page and I feel like night shift can't enjoy getting a good drink or etc

Cannot walk in and order coffee.
You have to use an app.
Hospital where aged people may not have phones let alone an app.
Hospital where many people may not have phones on them due to rushing to a Hospital.
Excuses of being short handed and new employees being trained.
How can you train employees on orders when you can buy water.

I person making the app orders the rest standing around or going to and from the back.

Saved me $10, 300+ calories only to be disappointed anyway m
Luckily the hospital has cafe and a small coffee is $1.42 and actually far bettet taste.
