I placed a large order of 8 drinks for my staff this morning, through DoorDash. All but 1 came out so watered down… it’s the joke of the office today. It’s the worse Starbucks order that my staff and I have ever had. Horrible. Shame on you Starbucks. We pay nearly $10 per drink for water???? Do better. Will not be returning to this location or maybe Starbucks in general.

Juju and Kat were not friendly at all. As soon as I walked up to the counter to order, they made it very obvious they were talking about me (in a negative way) and Juju stated to Kat she did not want to help me. If you’re going to work customer service, treat everyone nicely or go find a different job. Will not be supporting this location anymore.

I was charged a $16 cancelation fee on Uber eats after cancelling my order 10 seconds after making the order. Uber wouldn't reverse it because of the store policy. This place is bad.
Edit: I tried Uber Eats, and they said it's on you.

First time at this location. My order was taken by an older Asian lady. She was acting like she was in a rush. There was only one customer besides us. The other barista had an attitude ,he was tall, and i think his name was David. They don't even ask for a name for your order. The only nice thing about this location is the outside tables.

In my opinion, locations are only as good as the crew it has working there, so at this time I would like to praise 550 West Plumb Lane Starbucks for consistently great customer service. A special shout out to: (Forgive me if the names are spelled incorrectly.) Manager Niki, and baristas Jordan, Jacob, and Tanner for always going above and beyond. Truly, the whole crew does a fantastic job, and my family and I look forward to continuing to patron this establishment on a day to day basis.
I asked for no whip cream plus an affogato shot on my frappe and when the barista handed me my drink it was so light colored, it wasn't even brown, and it was super runny. I order this same drink all of the time, and usually you are able to see the shot of espresso, since it's poured directly on top of the frappe. I asked the barista if she added my affogato shot, she said that she put it in there. I asked her if she blended it in and she told me "no". I told her that I can usually see it and she told me that "it already sunk to the bottom" ?? if that was true, then my coffee would have been brown and not white. I was running late and had to get my kid to school, so I took her word for it and left. When I went to take a drink, and seen the cup in the sunlight, I could tell that she had put whip cream in my cup and instead of remaking it, she blended it in to the frappe. That's why it was white like it was, that's why it's runny. I need to stop tipping before I receive my order bc Starbucks does this all the time. I'm so mad I thought I could go there and not be ripped off, but I was ripped off. I can't drink it with whip cream in it, so that was $10 I just threw away ??
