Julissa deserves all the gold stars. She came out from behind the counter to hand-deliver my drinks, which already says a lot. Then I dropped my food, and before I could even process the disaster she whisked it away and made me a brand-new one without me even asking. That’s next-level customer service. She noticed everything, jumped in immediately, and made the whole experience feel genuinely cared for. Thanks Julissa!

I came here in a frenzy and I came across a young lady at the regist and she was new to the register but she did amazing I gave her some hard drinks to fix the keys on the register. The barista made our drinks terrible. He was in a hurry and did NOT look like he was happy or wanted to be there. I have a specific drink o like and most of the Starbucks nail it. I was a gm in Sacramento for a couple years and this drink that was made was gross. I asked for soy milk and got whole milk and then I asked for extra caramel around the cups and the gentleman looked annoyed that I asked him to remake the drink. He still put no carmal on the cup of on top. He just wasn't happy to be at his job and u could tell. Like I said he didn't seem happy to be there at all. He had semi curly black hair was short and had his nose pierced. He needs retraining. Do better Starbucks. I even tipped you all 4 bucks for garbage. I definitely won't be returning there. Plus it lacks a drive thru and parking is a mess.

I placed a large order of 8 drinks for my staff this morning, through DoorDash. All but 1 came out so watered down… it’s the joke of the office today. It’s the worse Starbucks order that my staff and I have ever had. Horrible. Shame on you Starbucks. We pay nearly $10 per drink for water???? Do better. Will not be returning to this location or maybe Starbucks in general.

Juju and Kat were not friendly at all. As soon as I walked up to the counter to order, they made it very obvious they were talking about me (in a negative way) and Juju stated to Kat she did not want to help me. If you’re going to work customer service, treat everyone nicely or go find a different job. Will not be supporting this location anymore.
