Aridana/Ariana has the most unwelcoming and not helpful attitude. Sounds like she’s getting a job somewhere else soon. Good thing! Worst customer service at a Starbucks I have ever seen. Most Starbucks I know are so kind and helpful! She spends most of her time talking about things other than work, drinking in the food preparation area, and on her cell phone.

Pretty much a terrible service everytime I come. I I always tip but not at this location, would maybe tip the employees if they were somewhat polite.

Dion is my favorite barista here! Super friendly and understands exactly how to curate a world-class Starbucks experience. Makes me feel at home (I'm from Seattle) while I'm away. Thanks Dion and the rest of the Starbucks employees here for making my stay well worth it.

This is hands down the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever gone to and I go to Starbucks practically every single day. We stayed at the Grand Sierra Hotel in Reno for 4 days and every day I had to have them remake my coffee. One time it took them 3 times to get it right and even then the coffee was barely WARM but I just gave up. The worst part is that a dry triple shot cappuccino (add shot) costs TWICE AS MUCH as any other Starbucks. I paid $9.53 every morning for a cup of coffee. Ha!!! Still can’t believe it. What a rip off. I’m thinking about quitting Starbucks.

Why do I order a certain size cup if i'm not getting it full of my drink? I'm not ordering a venti for the cup size im ordering it to get more coffee. There's over a good inch of air instead of drink.... FILL THE DAMN CUP UP!!!!!

I was shocked at how much more expensive this Starbucks was compared to others. $10 for a grande sized summer refresher! The service was slow and the workers weren't very friendly.

I waited 45 minutes for my drink while I was the second person in line. Does it take that long to get a coffee, huh.

This Starbucks is busy and way overpriced compared to ones not located in a casino? Perhaps there is a resort fee for your coffee?

This Starbucks has the worst employees full of attitude I had to go back and get my drink fixed and it still came out tasting like left over coffee water it was disgusting I don’t recommend this Starbucks your better off not having any and saving your money.
