This Starbucks is busy and way overpriced compared to ones not located in a casino? Perhaps there is a resort fee for your coffee?

Omg expensive! The prices here are about double outside! Yes, I know it's because of the convenience of it being inside the resort but dang, I'm from one of the most expensive areas in CA too and I had sticker shock!Ordered a shaken espresso oat milk latte which tasted as good as normal but they made it with crushed iced which definitely gave it crunchy bits through the drink. I was also miffed that my gift card did not get accepted. All in all a meh I've had better Starbies experience.

Super quick and convenient location inside GSR. Placed an order while checking into my room and it was ready within 5 mins. Yes, it's slightly more expensive than Starbucks locations outside of the hotel, but you pay for the convenience.

Did a mobile order for myself and my hubby so he could have coffee during his morning meeting. There was a multitude of people who are attending the same conference as my husband and also did mobile orders. Were they running behind, yes because of the number of mobile orders placed. The staff was not only working efficiently to fill all the orders as quickly as possible, but they also took the time to answer questions regarding order status and gave a real time estimates as to how long the wait would be or how many orders were ahead of yours. KUDOS to the staff here as they are by far, the most organized and pleasant staff I have ever come across at a Starbucks.

I just ordered 2 cups Iced Quad Espresso in venti cup with 4 pumps white mocha and 1/4 " cream. Total came out $14.29 which is $7.14 a cup. Ridiculously over price compared to San Jose. Maybe because it situated in Reno Casino Resort which is fine. The coffee was so bland and poorly served only half cup. Not worth the money and I couldn't continue drink it. Very disappointed on this Starbucks location. :-(

It's a Starbucks at a Target. It has Starbucks food and it's in a Target store. There are Starbucks people there, and also Target people. It has all the things about a Starbucks, and also it's inside a Target.

I went to the GSR today with my son. We stopped at the Starbucks in the casino. I was charged $17 for a grande americano and 3 petite vanilla scones. Is that correct. The guy helping me said they are over $3 a piece. I shouldn't have paid that much but I did. Not to happy about the price.

I come here for convenience. And when they are not open early enough, I go literally next door to the GSR cafe and buy a cup of "Starbucks" coffee.Quality/Quantity - Might be psychological, but I feel/think that Starbucks brews stronger and better coffee than the GSR cafe next door who also serves "Starbucks" coffee.Again, probably just in my head. The cafe now also has mobile ordering, although I do not plan to download another app.Atmosphere - Good size cafe inside GSR.Good way to start the day.Open 7 days a week from 5am to 7pm, 9pm, or 11pm; see Yelp.Service - Good, but at times the line is too long so I just go to the cafe. And I am just not good at mobile ordering. Can't waste any ski minutes, LOL.I believe they take both my Starbucks app, and GSR comps, thank you.Price - I honestly don't look.I'm sure it is more expensive than the free standing Starbucks, but not worth saving the pennies it costs to drive.Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1971 and for being the largest coffeehouse chain in the world! #114 on the Fortune 500 list. As of 2021, 33,833+ stores, and 15,444 of them are in the US.1992 IPO.2003 Acquired Seattle's Best Coffee.2008 Loyalty card program.2020 Generous programs to employees due to COVID. Closed all stores except drive thru and delivery. Paid for 30 days whether employees went to work or stayed home. Gave employees free daily meals and drinks whether they were working or not.Focused on the mobile app and future stores "convenience-led" formats with drive thru and curbside pickup.

We were recently at the GSR for a convention and for the first time we were staying there, too.So glad to see that this Starbucks was open on the casino level and was huge with ample seating. There was always a line, but that was never an issue as we just placed mobile orders and by the time our elevator got us down from the 27th floor our orders were always ready to go. There was a bit of sticker shock the first time we ordered, but we figured it was still less expensive than getting into our vehicle and driving a few miles in the snowy weather to go to a different location just to turn around and drive back to the GSR.Pro tip - the second day we placed our orders but used stars, so the drinks were completely free (our reward for being loyal StarB's customers). The employees were friendly and their pickup area for mobile orders was clean and orderly. Looking forward to getting our drinks here the next time we are staying at the GSR.

Convenient location if you're staying at GSR but red head behind counter coughing while making your coffee then gives it to you with her hands on lid. Oatmeal was lukewarm but my soy latte was perfect (after I removed lid to drink it).
