Customer service here is poor, I got double charged for 12 hours, and I was told I could leave and come back. So I checked out and left to give a friend a ride and was told when I came back after 7 hours that I had to pay again because I checked out! I wasn’t told not to check out, no communication at all, so I feel double ripped off and will not be returning. What a joke

I don’t recommend this location. Front desk girl is crazy rude. I understand that we oversleep but the way she treated us was not acceptable. Other workers wore great and friendly. But location got one star because of the rude attitude front desk lady treated us.

What the angry people at the front? The word that sums it up, RUDE. Really trying to understand their business model where they talk so disrespectfully to the paying members.

Been a customer here for 30+ years, but never again! The old guy with the long beard at the front was aggressive, disrespectful,and vile. Literally screaming at patrons to get out way before closing time, and then mocking you as you check out. It felt like a hate crime. If his job or gay men disgust him to that extent, then do the world a favor and remove yourself. What a detriment to running a successful business. Pathetic and depressing.

Steve's bathhouse is clean and has bathrooms and showers. And the staff is friendly. And the people that go there are respectful.

Going to Steve's being a women put me on edge at first but after being welcomed by some of the guys there made ne wasnt to c** back again.
