I went for a pickup order of sweet teriyaki chicken sub, the person over there was super rude and said go sit or else you will eat my head which was very rude, he didn’t even have a name tag on him. The order I got was a mess, I couldn’t even eat and had to throw it away.

This location does not accept coupons when I asked they said they didn't know of any location that did. Why mail out coupons if no locations except them? Is it just to get people in the door? The man at this location was very nice and helpful and this location was clean.

Pathetic!!!! My Co worker is vegetarian so he ordered a veggie sub, the portion was so small I asked how they can charge the same price for a vergie sub as they do for a sub with meat on it then not even put any veggies and want to charge him for some actual veggies. Pathetic!!! I could see if he wanted huge piles on his sandwich but he didn't he just wanted a sandwich.

I went in ordered 2 sandwiches a Philly cheesesteak and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich both of which the tomatoes were wilting the lettuce was completely brown i requested ranch be added to the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and my order expectations were not met in any stretch of the imagination I’m very unhappy with the unprofessional service and attitude of the employee

They have never gotten my order right. If you ask for your sandwich toasted, they either ignore the request or burn the bread. Toppings are often missing, and they add whatever they feel like instead. I even tried tipping more through the app, hoping it might encourage more attention to detail—but it didn’t make any difference.

Just got my ordered delivered and it was toasted when not requested. Personally it was not a hot sandwich and ruined my $20 footlong as I got it delivered. Also, I fear it is a common theme when ordering online, if you choose less as option for ANY toppings/shakers they will consider toppings/shakers less

If I had the option not to rated, i would, the manager of assistant Ruth, very unprofessional with bad customer service she processed to take my other, then this other lady cuts me off, and she give her priority over me. And then she let's the customer disrespect me, for her bad actions last time I ever shop here.

DoorDash order was made with no veggies or sauces or shakers and they took hella long to make the sandwich. My dasher was pissed they had to wait all the time. I’m pissed I had to wait and that they still managed to mess up my entire order.
Super stingy with the meats. I'm paying with my hard earned money. If u wanna screw me on my meal then u pay for it. And I payed for double meat. WHAT A SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food is good if you can handle a very tight parking area . And rude people making your food . I was rushed in to placing order . Was given a hard time when asking about menu. Shocked they work with people at all . Place is clean but you want food as fast as you can and go . It's really busy on the two streets it on the corner lot small parking lot and you can only go down ally or take right if any other car are parked in lot . Only go there if I have two . I rather go down road were I feel like I can ask questions and be treated right . This is not good place for kids . Yes they can come in but they may get yelled at for being kids
Parking: Sucks to small and hard to leave
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy walk in dbble doors empty inside so lots of room to move a chair around
