Worst Sandwich, EVER! Their veggie’s were all close to expiring if they hadn’t already! Language barrier was a huge problem. Although, the food was HORRIBLE. The employees tried their best, and were courteous. The owner needs to pay more attention to this business before it is shut down!

I haven't went here in a long time due to very rude and cheap owners and iffy staff. I tried again today because they had a 5.99 ham and turkey footlong special. The guy working jumped off the counter looking annoyed i was there. I asked for the sandwich and pointed to the sign because he looked confused. He rolled his eyes and said ham turkey and provolone. I said I dont care for provolone, May I have American. He said no, the price is too low. So then I asked about veggies. He said only lettuce tomato and onion. I asked if I could add pickles and he said very rudely no, the price is way too low. You could tell he was very angry they had to honor that deal. Not surprising considering they stopped honoring coupons long ago and will get an attitude if you ask for extra veggies. I had one lady working at the one in stead, same owner, tell me that they watch them on camera and if they put too many veggies on a sandwich they will get in trouble and they will take it out of their pay. This after I asked for extra tomato and got a single extra slice on a footlong. These 3 stores (golden valley same owners as well) are just terrible and I can't believe they are still in business. They used to be great until either ownership changed or they just decided they were losing too much money honoring coupons. Since then they have been absolutely terrible to deal with most times.

I decided to take a chance on this Subways despite my better judgement and again was disappointed. The wait time is far too long and when there begins to be more than two people you're better off going elsewhere instead of waiting 15min for one sandwich.
Not only did the maker not listen to detail, but the selection of veggies were discolored and the counter was messy. I will continue to go to the Subway on Stead Blvd because their products are always fresh and the employees are engaged with their customers during the sandwich making process.

Hey yall idk how yall have a subway job because ypu gave me a Italian meatball sandwich with cheese and 12 hrs later I throw up 6 times this morning. Next time check when the hell it expires or if it's bad like yall should be doing . I'm no longer eating at that pathetic place again. Thank you

Deplorable....should be shut down. Ordered the special... Footlong Meatball Marinara or Pizza Sub, $5.99 each...sounded great. Ordered one of each thinking I could have two meals. The meatball only came with a few meatballs and sauce. Any other topping was "extra" at 50 cents each. The Pizza came with a small amount of pepperoni and a few slices of cheese. Any other topping was "extra" at 50 cents each. I pointed out to the server what the menu said. She "instructed" me to read the fine print on the promotion. They come with nothing unless you want to pay for it. As if all of that wasn't bad enough, I asked for them to be on the "ghost pepper" bread.... Sorry, we're out of that....at 11:30 in the morning. The bread I did get was so hard and dried out, it literally broke apart into pieces when I took a bite. Must have been day old... Server was rude, scam advertising and way less than mediocre food. NEVER again. This place should be shut down.

Terrible location! They don't even open up when they say they open up. They actually open up at 9AM NOT 8AM. I've been to this location a few times just because it's the only thing around sometimes. But I'm stopping. Their gloves are always covered in condiments when making my sandwich. They don't clean any of their counters or knives throughout the day.
I don't think I've ever seen more than one person working here at a time, so if you're in line. You're going to be waiting quite a while. This location does not accept any of the coupons even though it's a franchise. Even if you tip them, your sandwich is still going to come out subpar. McDonald's would be better
Honestly the worst customer service I've ever gotten from a subway. I placed a pickup order, went to pick it up 30 min early and the manager stopped them from making my food. They said they'll make it at 12. I'm on my lunch break I get 30 minutes I assumed I was taking lunch at 12 and was sent early. I didn't think it'd be such a problem to make my food slightly earlier especially since yall already took my money and have the order in your face. On top of that yall weren't even busy. Rude as *****. So yall can kiss my money goodbye and I'll never return here again.

Om God...hot garbage.... first I ordered a Philly with DOUBLE meat on a foot long. The lady " made it extra , so 3 scoops when normal is two"... I said no I ordered and paid for double meat, not "extra". She tried to argue and says 3 is double. I said no... if 1+1=2(2scoops is normal) then double , by definition is 4 scoops. Only when I demanded a refund did she ORDER the other worker, loud and rudely( by volume and attitude in he tone) , to remake my sandwich in another language, which I don't speak or understand, while she stormed off to the back. I may be just a "peasant" to you, yes I did hear that in English, but it's my money and I expect to get what I ordered/payed for.

Went to this subway to use a coupon for 3 foot longs for 17.99 and was told you can't use the coupon there. 2nd subway i went to that doesn't accept it. These are the 2 subways within 15 minutes of my house. Wth subway?
