I'm only giving them a one star rating because zero is not an option. Very rude workers! My wife asked for some lettuce to be put on Her nachos in replacement of tomatoes and the guy refused to do it, saying he couldn't change the recipe! I even offered to pay for the lettuce, and he still wouldn't do it! The place smells really funny, the bread is hard and they put the least amount of everything on the sandwich to save money I guess! I DO NOT recommend going here. Go down the street to vista knoll or north hills blvd. They have no problem making your sandwich the way you want it! OH , and they do not accept subway coupons!

Terrible place … the new promotion $6.99 for the meal is up and they have stickers in store everywhere but charging me $11 something. When i ask he said ask the boss like i have his or her number .lol There was an Indian guy who barely understands English and barely knows what he’s saying . Atleast have someone who can listen and explain properly. Not cool at all

I ordered my sandwich for pick up at 1pm at around 11:00am. They clearly made it at 11:00am and let it sit there for two hours. Bread is stale and sauce leaking through wrapper and bag. They have lost me as a customer.

TERRIBLE LOCATION, sloppy service! Only one worker, and they're SLOW. You are going to be waiting 15 minutes minimum if you aren't the first in line! On top of that, they don't clean. They are knives. It seems like they never change out their gloves, so if you don't like certain sauces getting on your food, this ain't the place for you. This ain't the place for you.
I really like Subway, and this is right next to my house. I've been here multiple times. And I even tip before they make the sandwich a few times just so they'll maybe provide better service. Don't bother tipping. There isn't a lot to get in Stead area, and even fewer now with such poor service. Management needs to change or something

There was a time when you could order a sandwich and receive 4oz of meat. Today I ordered a 6” “double meat” roast beef sandwich for an extra cost. I went home and weighed it, 3oz of meat. It was easy to weigh since they didn’t spread the mayo on the dense chewy artisan bread that made my jaw sore from having to chew it for an extended period of time before I could swallow it. They squirted the mayo on my lettuce and tomato only after they had priorly laid down the meat cheese on the bread. This was only my second time eating at subway, the first being 5 years ago. Having paid $9+ for a serious disappointment maybe, maybe I’ll try it again in another 5 years. The deli employee was however polite and friendly.
Parking: I was able to park within 260’ of entrance. I used the ruler function on Google Earth.

I ordered a footlong sub, and Bruh tried to charge me for two 6” after I asked for meat on only half. Like, what? I said no meat! Like, Id be saving him money! Instead he wanted to argue that I was ordering a 6’ veggie sub AND a ‘6 meat sub, whatever it was. So dumb, he lost money cuz i walked out. Dont be greedy! Its not a affordable trait :/

Went to this subway to use a coupon for 3 foot longs for 17.99 and was told you can't use the coupon there. 2nd subway i went to that doesn't accept it. These are the 2 subways within 15 minutes of my house. Wth subway?

They don't take coupons that are mailed out locally. Why be in business at this location if they aren't going to follow basic advertising? Makes things complicated. I read the fine print on the coupon and it only excluded two states. NV wasn't one of them. So why not take the coupon? It's for Subway and I was at Subway.
