I just had to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Issac at Subway! Every time I stop by, he consistently goes above and beyond. He always makes the BEST sandwiches, fresh, well-balanced, and exactly how I like them. On top of that, Issac is never in a bad mood. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor truly make the experience enjoyable.

This is hands-down one of the best Subway locations I’ve ever visited, and a big reason for that is the amazing customer service Issac provides! Thanks again, Issac, keep up the great work

I've been to this Subway twice and both times the cashier has been rude and dismissive, talking to his coworker in a different language and laughing at me and my friends.
The first time I went here the food was messily out together and missing multiple things I paid for.
This most recent time I went in he watched my family and I go through what coupon we wanted to use and then waited to tell us that this store doesn't do coupons and was overall just being rude and cold.
This is not how you should treat your customers, save yourself the time and energy and don't come to this Subway.

Vegetables had freezer burn and refused to change them out and give me fresh vegetables . He even got upset that I asked. He said they are fresh and that is how they are supposed to be .

I placed an order on the subway app and selected a different location than I normally do. It defaulted to the subway by my home. I tried to cancel my order through the app but redirected to a phone number for the store that I ordered from which just rings then eventually goes to voicemail which is full so you cannot leave a message. Tried to cancel my order through the app but again was redirected to the store. I tried dozens of times to call and cancel. Then just drove across town to pick it up as I was already charged. Upon arrival my order was not on the pick up shelf. I waited in line behind other customers and was there for almost an hour. When it was my turn I showed the only person there whom claims to be the franchise owner my order confirmation and asked to cancel my order. He said “no ma’am you can’t cancel your order. I’m going to make it now as I gave your order to someone else. I said no, I just wanted my money back as the order wasn’t made and I tried to cancel and said, as the only contact information to cancel my order it is bad business practice to not answer your phone. He said that he doesn’t answer the phone because people call and place false orders. He refused to give me a refund and I didn’t get what I ordered, when I ordered it, or my money back after repeatedly telling him I wanted a refund. There are always issues there with his rude demeanor and refusing to answer your phones so you have to go there in person to cancel is ridiculous. The fact that he just gives orders to other people without providing proof or confirmation and then refusing to refund you is awful. Terrible experience there! I have filed a formal complaint through the better business bureau and am waiting for a response. I am also going to reject the charge through my bank.

Ordered online and picked up 3 sandwiches. They missed some stuff on my wife's sandwich and they were not busy at all as this was around 8pm.The guy working there dosen't have any customer service, dosen't acknowledge you when u come in the store even when the store is empty or say anything when he gives u the order. Seems so not interested in having u at the store.His face says it all.

The guy who always assisting here doesnt seem want to serve right he seems annoyed to serve. I had to beg the other server(girl) to do my sandwich because im already not comfortable taking my order with him. Imagine he wants the way he wants to do on my sandwich! And he started arguing with me and started slamming the pan. I just calmed myself and not to put up his level.
