There was something wrong in my order, was in a rush to leave so i couldn't really go back to get it changed. Food was okay though just wish i got what i ordered

I went to Subway on a random whim around 1:45pm on 9/18. The man who was working was incredibly professional, attentive, and also polite to other customers who needed his assistance. Sandwich was great too!

The place is kinda cool but small, bro I went yesterday to get just a sandwich and a cookie and they said " it has to be a big order" I asked why and they said cause i we have a party and we dont wanna miss it and i was like it's not that much and they kicked me out after i went today and they where the same people and I asked for the same and they gave me the order but the cookie was in half and the subway I order had moldy cheese and raw meat don't go there I HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL WITH A STOMACH BACTERIA. Like dude I just asked for a subway not a STOMACH bacteria. The only worker that made my subway good fast and was nice was Charly she should get pay more.

Jeff was polite and respectful. My girlfriend expressed to him how she misses the chopped salads and he apologize and offered to chop the veggies with the knife. She appreciated that and declined. My girlfriend also left her wallet and phone there and when I called back Jeff said he would put it away for her and that everything is safe and accounted for. I appreciate him for going above and beyond his job to ensure my girlfriend's property was all there. I also complimented him on his positivity and willingness to accommodate my girlfriend's salad.

Haha the workers are always fighting with each other here in front of guests and its quite entertaining. Seen it twice already. Place is getting ghetto by the month too. Go ahead order any sandwich, they go so cheap with the veggies yo its ridiculous. It's not like the regular amount of lettuce is gonna be overcharged or cost more

Forgot my box cookies and my subs weren't even toasted and told me there was nothing they could do for me so I am reaching out to cooperate bc this was and online order it shows right on the receipt self explanotory.
Went in on a Saturday. Terrible customer service skills, never have I arrived at a restaurant and been asked about a to go order by such a stagnant, unhappy face. Dude talked very agressively to me, not welcoming at all. I order from wrong location and they said, "the location is before the airport." The subway is inside the airport so they also lied to me because I'm sure this wasn't the first time that has happened. It's crazy how well business employees can lie to someone dead on their eyes in a split second. Dude at register heard all of it so he's the witness.

Had a 2 footlongs for $12.99 coupon, called ahead to make sure they accepted it, employee said they did. Got there tried to use it and the same employee then said it's for a limited menu, it was 4 sub options. I asked him why you didn't tell me that over the phone, he said he was going too but didn't get a chance. Then continued to point at the coupon and say it says right here only at participating stores. So I guess they participate but not fully... I guess. Long story short paid full price for the subs, they were O...K....

The food is great. I pre-ordered my food. A footlong sandwich and a footlong churro. The churro is great. Loved the churro. But I put no onions on my order and I had onions. It wasn't the worst but last time me and my parents entered the same lady prepared five different in person orders. I was confused as this had never been done before.

Went about 2 weeks ago. It's kinda small, but I'm giving them 5 because the mammary on duty and the 1 employee that were working when we went in absolutely went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. I felt like I had been teleported back to the 1970s!! Totally serious, they were both just awesome and I was not expecting anything like that when we went in. So kudos your service Subway!! I was extending pleased and I will visit again!!
