Jeff was polite and respectful. My girlfriend expressed to him how she misses the chopped salads and he apologize and offered to chop the veggies with the knife. She appreciated that and declined. Had a 2 footlongs for $12.99 coupon, called ahead to make sure they accepted it, employee said they did. Got there tried to use it and the same employee then said it's for a limited menu, it was 4 sub options. I asked him why you didn't tell me that over the phone, he said he was going too but didn't get a chance. Then continued to point at the coupon and say it says right here only at participating stores. So I guess they participate but not fully... I guess. Long...
