I should’ve turned around the minute I walked in. customer service is WACK. The food was not fresh whatsoever. It was pretty dirty. I went in for three sandwiches and got skipped right after the first one. It used to be decent. I don’t know what happened now. I will not go to this location anymore.

I had a terrible experience at the Subway located at 2875 Northtowne Ln Suite B, Reno, NV 89512. I ordered a Spicy Nacho Chicken sandwich and a Spicy Nacho Steak sandwich, but they were missing Cheddar cheese, which is supposed to be a part of the order. On top of that, the sandwiches were made with old ingredients (stinky meat) and not fresh vegetables, making the food almost inedible.
When I called to address the issue, the staff was rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving my concerns, I was told to "learn to order properly." The manager's attitude was even worse, stating that "nothing would happen" if I filed a complaint. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for customers.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere for fresh, quality food and RESPECTFUL service.

So . 9-29-23 the owner of this one and the one on Oddie doesn’t like to take coupons. From subways own mailer they send out . So idk why he has a franchise. Listen here boy. You either follow corporate guidelines or get shut down . Simpleton . You will learn the hard way I guess.

Went to get a footlong sub after shopping at Winco. I lov Subway sandwiches - they taste good, you put your own toppings on, and the servers are very nice. I will go there again as I shop at Winco.
Vegetarian options: They have veggie options. I eat chicken or turkey sandwiches that are available. Plus all the toppings!!
