I placed an online order and they called right away to let me know that they were out of a meat so we tried to cancel order but app would not let me. They went over and beyond to make sure I got my refund. I would for sure go back. Great service

That Subway is so clean, and the staff is very pleasant. My meal was made on time and the restaurant was very clean. I had a very nice enjoyable meal as well. I'll definitely be going back to that particular Subway in the future as well!😃

I came in around 2:30pm and the staff was very rude to me and my family for no reason at all, our order was very simple. Foods good experience bad, if want to be treated badly but have good food this is the place to go, Thanks for making us feel like 2nd class citizens.

I just looked at the receipt for two sandwiches. I sent my grandkids in to buy their sandwiches. No meals, just two foot longs and one fountain drink, $30 dollars and some change!!!! That's outrageous. 😡

I can’t believe this place is in business. Horrible customer service. The worker didn’t even know the menu. Did not toast my sandwich when he put it in the oven. 0/10 would not go. No wonder I have never seen a single person go inside this place.

The customer service wasn't great. The lettuce bin looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Wilted, rotten lettuce on the sides, the lettuce itself looked old.

I should’ve turned around the minute I walked in. customer service is WACK. The food was not fresh whatsoever. It was pretty dirty. I went in for three sandwiches and got skipped right after the first one. It used to be decent. I don’t know what happened now. I will not go to this location anymore.

This Subway franchise tarnishes the brand's reputation by delivering subpar food and unprofessional customer service, which contradicts Subway's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

I had a terrible experience at the Subway located at 2875 Northtowne Ln Suite B, Reno, NV 89512. I ordered a Spicy Nacho Chicken sandwich and a Spicy Nacho Steak sandwich, but they were missing Cheddar cheese, which is supposed to be a part of the order. On top of that, the sandwiches were made with old ingredients (stinky meat) and not fresh vegetables, making the food almost inedible.

When I called to address the issue, the staff was rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving my concerns, I was told to "learn to order properly." The manager's attitude was even worse, stating that "nothing would happen" if I filed a complaint. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for customers.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere for fresh, quality food and RESPECTFUL service.
