Ordered the churros and pretzel sticks via app but got called that this store did not have any today. Then he wanted me to cancel it. I said no since you can’t deliver cancel it yourself. Then he hung up on me.

This is for the Subway on Sparks Blvd. near Prater Way. It's always fair at best but this time it was awful. The salad had a lump of rotten lettuce in it. It was a to go order so didn't find this out till we got home. 2 of the thinnest slices of bacon you've ever seen, tissue paper thin. Oil and vinegar tasted rancid. The sub sandwich was fair, more lettuce than meat, and it wasn't sliced in front of us like the commercial claims. The actual slicer was up on a shelf and had dust on it. The employee working there acts like you're bothering him and you can barely understand him his accent is so thick. He seem disgusted all the time. From now on we'll go to Jersey Mike's.

So . 9-29-23 the owner of this one and the one on Oddie doesn’t like to take coupons. From subways own mailer they send out . So idk why he has a franchise. Listen here boy. You either follow corporate guidelines or get shut down . Simpleton . You will learn the hard way I guess.

Went to get a footlong sub after shopping at Winco. I lov Subway sandwiches - they taste good, you put your own toppings on, and the servers are very nice. I will go there again as I shop at Winco.Vegetarian options: They have veggie options. I eat chicken or turkey sandwiches that are available. Plus all the toppings!!

Man I don't know who you guys had working on Tuesday August 22nd around noon, but the sandwich they made was FIRE. I've had some bad subway experiences but damn this BLT is delicious.

I came inside and the employee let me know that their register was down. However he told me to use the app and that he'd get me my sandwich ready quickly.I placed my order through the app and, even with a few orders ahead of me, my sandwich only took about 7 or so minutes!I ordered the Teriyaki Style Chicken footlong and it was a mixed bag. It tasted delicious, just like Subway always does, but it doesn't taste like it was properly heated up as the meat was nice and warm but the lettuce was practically freezing! Overall not a bad experience, especially with the employee going out of his way to help me when their systems were acting up!

I'm a regular they always make the food perfect, the ingredients are always fresh and my order is always made quick and the two men who work there are always extremely pleasant to see and talk to.

We just moved in the area and this is the second time my boyfriend and I came to this subway. We don't usually eat out often, but we just got off of a hard day of work. There is usually the two men that work there. The first time we came, I asked for all veges except for pickles, banana pepper, and he was about to put on the pickled jalapeños. I forgot to mention that I didn't want that as well so I kindly asked him not put that on my sandwich before he could put it in. He rolled his eyes and went on. I let it slide and still tipped them. I have acid reflex so I can't have anything sour. We came the second time, one of the worker was sitting in the dining area and as soon as we got in, he was mad and got up to make my boyfriend's subs. There was no customers besides us coming in and it was around the afternoon. It's not closing time so I don't understand the frustration???? already the atmosphere was kinda off. The other worker made my sandwich and I asked for pastrami and it seemed like they ran out of pastrami in the front so the young man that was making my sandwich rolled his eyes, puffed, got frustrated, and didn't even tell me that they ran out of pastrami. There was a brief second of that as I just stood there puzzled and watched him throw a fit before he asked his coworker to grab some in the back. I felt very unwelcomed.... My boyfriend and I paid and left. I use to work at a subway and the way they do things is just not right. Didn't measure the pastrami, took two workers to make two sandwiches, and the frustration of the workers when we didn't even do anything to them????? Kind of funny to watch two young man throw fits over something so small. Maybe we came on their bad days , but we are not coming here anymore. Would rather drive to the other subways.

Poor ownership. 1 employee works usually. No other staff members available and with a line expect to wait 15 minutes in heat wave with no AC and a slow employee. They don't even take coupons here. I live right around the corner and refuse to come back. Id rather drive out of the way for some subway. But subway is trash in Reno Sparks area due to most franchise owners not allowing coupons to be used at all of the locations. We get coupons in the mail every month and can't even use them due to crappy cheap low budget penny pinching franchise owners. They only have 1 employee working at a time here at this location. Expect to wait a while if there is 2 or 3 customers in front of you
