This location refuses to make their chocolate chip footlong cookie correctly. Everytime Ive ordered one, which sometimes can be 2x a week, it is never the same. It continues to get drier and smaller each time and I have requested that they take it out early as i have issues with arthritis in my jaw as well as some teeth issues. I usually order thru the app and when i arrive, they refuse and will not remake it or credit my money back, stating that they "tested" it. This cookie is hard as a rock in many spots and other spots are so hot it burns your tongue and roof of your mouth. Very disappointed.

I keep receiving coupons in the mail and for some reason this location refuses to honor them. That's just bad customer service. You can't even call a corporate number to complain because they're franchised. Cheap owners.

We ordered a sub from this Subway and we never received the other items that came with the order. ( Two bags of chips), I try calling and no one answers their phone.
2 weeks ago I had a coupon for a footlong for $6.99. The guy working there, from Pakistan, said my coupon was no good and showed me one from someone else that he said was good. I said mine is current but he said In his way that he wasn't taking mine. Well I was ready for a 8-hour drive and said I would just pay the full amount for a 12-in tuna. I paid cash and gave him a tip as I always do. When I opened up the tuna packaging about 20 miles away, the bread was the worst I've ever had. It was stale and reheated. So hard I could barely chew it so I didn't. I just threw it away. Not going to break a tooth on something like that. I gave low ratings on everything. It was a bad experience. I eat Subway sandwiches several times a month and I have never ever had a coupon that was current turned down. I've never had a sandwich so poorly made. Inedible. Unfortunately I was not going to return it since I was 20 miles down the road.

This place has taking my money twice.Do a online order then they say it never went threw and it charges my bank account.Try to call they never answer.Go to the store they tell me I'am SOL.While I sat there to wait to talk to someone.Watched the owner make a sandwich then the next to after that did not put on gloves. When I say this has happened twice.Went to 2 different locations and this happened to me.Come to find out he owns both locations.This guy is a scammer taking money from people.He owns the vista knolls store and Northills.Do not go to either one.

I left befor I could even order, the 1 guy working their was super incompetent at his job. I can't lie I left and went to another restaurant around and they have heard about that guy countless of times.. why keep a worker like that?

They don't understand English here, kept asking what kind of bread after we asked for a wrap, just forget it! They don't give much, it's never fresh, they don't carry romaine anymore, just a big disappointment!
