There is no visible menu inside unless you have a phone to scan the QR code. If you dont know how QR codes work or you don't have a smart phone with you then you can't see their menu. I ordered an ICED Mocha and showed the young barista the picture from the menu of the ICED Mocha that I wanted. I recieved a HOT Mocha. No way at all did it look similar to the Mocha I showed her. I asked if she would correct my order and make my drink to resemble the picture. I was denied. I was told "that is the drink you ordered, the picture is incorrect." If that's the case and the picture is wrong, then why didn't she inform me that what I showed her is not what it actually looks like so I could have at least changed my order or she could have just made it how it was displayed in the picture since that's what she knew I obviously wanted when I showed her the picture in the first place and said "I want this mocha, please." ?? The employees have no comprehension of their own menu, no menu transparency from the start, and the incorrect drink I "ordered" tasted worse than the folgers with chocolate creamer I should have made at home. I'm stunned that this establishment is able to pay the power bill with such terrible customer service.

My partner and I stopped in here while visiting family and really enjoyed it! We had an oat milk latte and purple rain, both were delicious. We also split the avocado toast, which was so good. The baristas were so polite and friendly, greeting everyone who came through the door. Definitely gives off a cozy vibe and is very comfortable and welcoming, would 100% recommend!

This place is adorable! I recently moved to one of the neighbors nearby and love the idea of having such a cool spot to walk to and enjoy a delicious beverage. The people are extremely friendly and service was fast and efficient. Also the prices do not break the bank! 10/10

Tried ordering posted menu items, but it is not available for a few weeks. Tried ordering other coffee as hot only available as frap. Most of the holiday menu is cold. I would like a warm drink when it's cold, not cold when cold. Left without ordering.

I came here with some friends as it was recommended to me by a coworker.The inside was a small but nice little interior with hand drawn art on the walls and simple little decorations all over the place! Although personally the music choices of this place isn't quite as relaxing to me, but that's a very personal thing. It'll probably work for others.The barista, Emily, was friendly and very good at taking our mixed orders and got everything great! She was also very kind and very chatty!First off, I have to say that the menu that this place has is very impressive! Lots and lots of options!I ordered the Peppermint Mocha and, while I was disappointed by the small fact that the cups had nothing interesting about them. They were just plain cups with the drink drawn on with marker. But the drink was at least tasty and the amount was decent for the slightly high price.Overall, not a bad little drink stand! Definitely recommend a stop by if you're in the area and thirsty or just want a little sit down area!
