I have consistently had good food, good service, and exceptional conversation with Amir, the owner. Suri's is a local business I am quite happy to support.
شكرا, Amir.

Had to order via qr code or online. App didn't work sat for 20 minutes, knocked no answer. Sign says open. Another group sitting at a table said they'd been waiting a while but its worth it?
Guess I'll never know. Really not worth going out to eat anymore.
Even when your ready pay bank you get zero effort.

Excellent food!! I eat here for lunch several times a week. The garlic sauce is so so good! And the owner is very friendly. I’m pleased to support them

Food was bad, no flavor, Mediterranean Costco food is 1000 better.

Food was not good. Chicken shawarma was dry and no flavor. My salad container was full of water at the bottom. Pita was very dry and tasted stale, my tzatziki sauce was very bland.

Wow this was so delicious! I never had this type of food before and I’m so happy that I went. I will definitely be going again! The price is right too.

My only complaint is the price. I think the food is wonderful and the service was 5 stars.

We arrived and we’re told that they were only takeout, which is fine. Their bladder head most likely less than 3 ounces of protein. See attached photo. Not a very good value for the money.

Stopped here for lunch during our bi-weekly trip to Reno and yet again found another hidden gem. Great food, friendly staff and a nice quiet atmosphere. If you need a good Mediterranean meal, go find this one!

Owner / server was great! Kind and personable! Flavor was great but the chicken and beef were both very tough. Rice was not very authentic tasting. Very sparse on the sauces and with how dry the meat was it really needed the sauces. Hummus again tasted great but was a bit chunky for my liking.

This place close when they want to close. Hours are wrong
I placed my order before the close and they moved it to the second day morning.
I order to eat the food today not tomorrow. I will never come here again
This is the second time I drive and waste time.

1. Customer Service: So weird and awkward. You never get to speak with or interact with an actual human. You must call the number press the prompts, they text you a website link to order, you place your order online. You cannot call and talk to a person ever and ask any questions about their menu or the order and pickup process. When you arrive the door is locked. You must remake in your car and text the number to tell them you are there. They bring your food out when it is ready. OUR FOOD WAS 10 MINUTES LATE. So we sat in our car for 10 minutes waiting after their pickup time, and there was no way to call or speak to someone about them running late and how long the wait might be.
2. Food: We ordered chicken shawarma bowls. Quality was cheap, taste was terrible. Chicken was gamey, overcooked, dry, old, bland, no seasoning. Hummus was soupy. Garlic sauce had no garlic flavor. Tabouli portion was small and bland. The baklava was small and expensive but the taste wasn’t bad. We took a couple bites of everything and ended up throwing it away and ate something else we had at home for dinner.
3. ALADDIN’s is WAYYYYY better than this place. Customer service is above average, the chicken shawarma has flavor and the chicken is better quality, the tabouli is delicious, and the baklava is not as runny and more affordable for the quality.

Just okay. The meat is dry and barely any sauce on the Gyro. The owner smiled and took our order, but $40 for a quick lunch for two? There's better around
