Ordered our sushi and waited for more than half an hour just for them to have lost it and say that they were still working on it. Only had 4 rolls which came out to almost 80 dollars (all you can eat) because they were telling everyone they were closing already. Worst sushi experience ever

This was my first time ordering. The food was phenomenal. The portions were great and the price was reasonable. The service at the door was great and we were greeted immediately and our order was ready, correct in the bag and delicious.

I'd give them a 10 star for service if I could. Hands down the best service in town. We came in on a Friday and it was jam packed. We got the last opened table at the time. They had us served, full, and put of there in 45 mins. The sushi is very good. Very nice presentation of food. They also have a very friendly staff. Outstanding experience

Changing review from 5 stars to 1 star. I have been coming here for 10 years but won't be back after another bad experience the last 3 times. The first time we found rice in my son's cup of soda. The second time, the server was not friendly at all and it also took a long time to get rolls when no one was in the restaurant besides us. This third time, everything seemed fine—good service and good rolls—then we ordered a couple more rolls and the rice was definitely bad. It was super mushy and tasted horrible. We sent it back and the owner brought us more rolls of the bad rice. We explained we were not happy and all the owner would offer was a 10% discount! Lol. We won't be back and all of our family and friends won't be going back either.

So I came here to get quick all you can eat. 1 no bar, 2 no bar means slow service. 3 insists on appetizers. Missed one of the rolls on my first paper filled order. Not a big deal. Most disappointing part is that this place is less than typical, still stuck in covid times with no bar. Food was good, no uni, small Nigerian, small rolls, but not a lot of rice. Salmon skin unfortunately had dorsal fins still on. So that's why two stars. Also just saw way way better rolls for ala cart, twice the size. The search continues

Warewashing equipment: Mechanical dishwasher was observed covered in mold and unusable.

Best sushi restaurant experience I've ever had. Flew in from out of town and our server was beyond lovely. We were the only ones in and our server really got to know us and was so sweet. Service was fast, and everything was delicious. Best raw salmon I've ever had. Wonderful food and service. 10/10 would recommend and come back if I am ever back in Reno!
