My family and I come to Sushi One all the time and usually have a great experience, the food is always good, and the service is normally excellent. Unfortunately, our visit today was rather disappointing. We had a female server who barely checked on us during the meal. At the end of our meal, I decided not to leave a tip on my card because I planned to leave a cash tip instead. However, as soon as she saw there was no tip on the receipt, she very rudely commented, āNo tip?ā and before I could even explain, she started getting mad and she said a few other things then started telling her coworkers loudly, āLook, they didnāt leave a tip!ā That kind of behavior was completely unprofessional and embarrassing on her part. After reading a few reviews it looks like she has done this before and you guys clearly donāt care about what kind of service the employees give.

This is my favorite sushi place! The service is always so nice, the pricing for all you can eat is great, the roll selection is amazing, the place is always clean, and the ceviche roll is to die for.

The male waiter was rude. I shared my a la cart sushi with my husband because I didnāt like my choice, and he came to the table just tell me not share, in a way that I didnāt appreciate it. I guess there are rules when it comes to eating sushi, however, no need to embarrass the paying customer.

Iāve been coming here for years from Sacramento and today we had a bad experience the food was great and excellent our waiter a female came out and chased us to our car and said if we forgot something because we didnāt leave a tip we didnāt like the service so she began to tell us to never come back and when we called to speak to a manager they would not give us a supervisor or manager that is bad customer service
If I could leave zero stars I would. From the moment we stepped in the door, the host was extremely rude, he tried making a seating arrangement when seated already, he tried moving people around depending if we would eat āAll you can eatā or order a la carte, which is ridiculous as he was splitting couples and parents/children apart. As paying customers we should be able to choose where we are sitting. Left without service and as we were leaving the host took away beverages from the childrenās hands. So beyond rude and such a negative experience. I will never be back at this establishment and will not recommend anyone to come.
