Sad to write this review but this is the first time I’ve left without finishing a meal. From the beginning, when waiting for a table it took over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us at the host stand, even though it was not busy. Once we finally got a table, service started out relatively well. We ordered 5 rolls for AYCE and it came out in 10 minutes. We then put in our second order of 7 rolls.
At the same time, one member of our party was waiting for an Al la carte teriyaki chicken bento box , which was admittedly forgotten by the staff. After they noticed the mistake, she was only given teriyaki chicken instead of the the full bento box (missing California roll, tempura shrimp, and miso soup).
For the 7 rolls we ordered, we waited over 35 minutes. Even so, we didn’t receive all of the rolls before we were asked if we wanted our check. We did ask for our dessert after paying, and waited another 20 minutes before deciding to leave without it. Quite a disappointment experience, we left an AYCE meal hungry and dissatisfied.
I will say there was one plus which was a nice bus boy who was the only individual to check on us and give us water. Other than that we felt ignored and burdens

Me and my wife come here often, but last week we were treated poorly. Right when we sit down a few minutes later another table gets sat down, and the waitress takes their orders first before ours and also we haven’t been asked what we would like to drink yet at this point. About 5 minutes later we finally get asked what we would like to drink. Later on that evening we get the wrong sushi orders but we try them anyways. We continue to order more rolls and the waitress comes over to tell us that if we leave any food left over we will be charged, so we say we never leave any rolls left behind but we want to speak with the manager because we feel like we’re being treated like second class citizens. Manager comes over and tells us how they get taken advantage of with the rolls and we say well we’ve been coming here for years and not once have we had an encounter like this. Nothing gets resolved we still get treated poorly. Never coming back again.

Great sushi, pretty good price for what you get. Not overly expensive. The service is extremely prompt and helpful. Lots of good roles, cooked or raw. Good appetizers. The edamame is freaking amazing. Would highly recommend.
