Ordered on Door Dash. I got the New york cheesecake flavor, there was no fruit options which was sucky. Any way the "froyo" had a weird taste like it was super old. Ended up throwing it out. I would not order again! You are better off going to Uswirl or Yogurt beach.

Yikes. They had 4 flavors, hardly any toppings and the store was a complete mess. Trash everywhere, all the tables were dirty, the counter looked like it had never been wiped down. Sanitation and cleanliness should be number 1 in food service

Hair was in my yogurt. I think it was sticking on the sauce bottle. Nasty. Mochi was too hard. I wanted to get regular frozen yogurt (vanilla) but they didn't have it. I've never been to any frozen yogurt shop where doesn't have a vanilla one.

I ordered this from DoorDash for delivery, which right off the bat is awesome. Frozen yogurt directly to my apartment on a Saturday night?! Loving it. The packaging was also 100% on point. The yogurts were filled to the top and each topping was individually packaged so nothing was soggy and each person can add how much of each they want. It's brilliant. But the 2 star review is because even with all these positives... it just wasn't good frozen yogurt. It tasted of chemicals and freezer burn. And at the end of the day, delivery and smart packaging doesn't get return customers, it's about quality and taste of the yogurt.

My first time at this location. First the good: The place was cute and clean. They had many yogurt flavors plus many more toppings. The variety of toppings made it hard for me to choose one! Anyway, one of the reasons we decided to have Sweet Frog this particular time was because my husband had received a $15 gift card from his work rewards program. We had it for awhile and finally decided to use it. The bad: The boy working there was nice enough but I felt he was either fairly new or didn't care much. I asked for chocolate syrup and he picked a bottle up and said they ran out. I then noticed and pointed to a Hersheys chocolate syrup dispenser and asked if I could have that and he said "oh yeah, sure". Cut to payment time. Our total was $14 and I handed him my gift card for $15. He looked nervous and tried scanning two times and said it doesn't work. I was kind of embarrassed cause I had brought a friend. It seemed he didn't know how to use a gift card. Anyway my friend ended up paying and when I got home i checked the balance online and it said $15. I think the staff needs to be properly trained. Other than that, a decent experience.

This place has awesome frozen yogurt! Every time I'm in this area I go here when I’m craving it. I'm very picky about what public places I will eat food from. This place is clean and well maintained! The staff is friendly and always welcoming!
