Sweet Paradise is the best ice cream and confectionary experience you will EVER have. EVER. The selection here is great, something for everybody yet the quality stays consistently 5 star across the entire menu. These guys clearly take what they do seriously and it shows in the food and sweets they serve. The portions are EXTREMELY generous for the prices. You're basically paying Cold Stone prices for a product that tastes 10x better and has infinitely more personality. As a matter of fact, if Sweet Paradise doubled their prices, I would still consider it a bargain and would continue to dine here without question. Amazing ice cream, amazing snacks, amazing people. If you are driving around the Reno/Sparks area and spot these guys. PLEASE stop by and try it, I am sure you wont regret it.

Very high priced. $4 dollars for anything pictured near the bottom of the truck (animated characters, ice cream sandwiches, anything you'd find at a regular ice cream truck) and Milkshakes are $9!I had to do a partial cash ($9)/ credit ($3) payment. Lo and behold, he charged my card $3.25. What's $0.25 in the bigger picture? Nothing but if he does that to multiple families it'll be a significant additional income he makes. It is also illegal, I understand credit fees but one must make their customer aware of such charges prior to purchase. Do yourself a favor and instead visit WERLOVE TRUCK TREATS, affordable, family owned and a business you can trust. I've had them out for corporate events and they are amazing. If you encounter issues with Sweet Paradise, file a dispute with your bank, they'll be unresponsive and you'll win.

Have gotten items from this truck on 2 separate occasions. The service and the food is amazing. Fruit is amazingly fresh. So many items to choose from. Definitely worth a visit.

Despite being asked numerous times to turn the music down, this truck sat outside of our building blasting music for 30 full minutes. Outside of the truck talking to people with the music blaring. Almost 8:30 in the evening. All on video. This is not only soliciting, but full on harassment.

DO NOT hire this truck for a party!!! They were a NO SHOW. Yes, we agreed 2pm. We changed it the same day at 3pm and they AGREED! They told us they were here talking about 777 Eats truck that lives down our street. They NEVER came to our door. NEVER knocked. They IG call me which impossible to keep track of since I'm having a party. They tell me they were here for 20-30 mins and left. They LIED! We have the Ring!!! They claim to be walking around the area and parked. They had my address and didn't even come to the door! You were hired for a party so common sense is to knock on the door. We have proof they were not here so if they come back with a comment saying they waited, it's a LIE. Do NOT hire this truck for your party. I wouldn't even give them our business if we saw them parked somewhere.UPDATE: as you can see, their comment said they called us. They called an IG account. Yes, like I said in my comment we changed the time the same day. The owner agreed to the time change and didn't have an issue. We have the Ring, we checked it since it's very sensitive and catches everything. There was no ice cream truck that passed by. There was nobody walking around the area. Again, if someone hires you, it's common sense to knock on the door. Extremely disappointed in their communication, being dishonest, and their professionalism. I'm hoping this no show to an event improves the way they handle the business. Maybe next time have customers fill out paperwork so you know exactly what is needed and provide customers instructions the day of the event. The one star is only for their desserts because we've had it before. And of course it's delicious, that's why we hired them. This review is more for hiring them for an event.

Every time I hear Sweet Paradise Ice Cream Truck's music I run outside like a little kid. I love that they offer more than just ice cream but a variety of different things. Staff is so friendly, they even remembered me after my second time buying from them. Definitely recommend the raspados with ice cream on top.

We ordered his truck for a staff party here at Whitney Peak Hotel. Not only were they able to accommodate us last minute when a previous truck canceled, they arrived right on time and served our staff delicious treats quickly and with friendly and amazing service! The team here at Whitney Peak Hotel highly recommends Sweet Paradise Ice Cream!
