Okay, I don’t post reviews often, but I feel compelled to make this review. The food at this Taco Bell is sooo good compared to so many other Taco Bells I’ve been to, especially in Reno. Fast, friendly service. The nacho fries were bomb!

The crunchy taco shells are stale but the tacos were very full and the meat was prepared well. I got my tacos faster then my payment could process and the guy at the counter was very fast and efficient.

It could all be easy. But no , ZERO sauces in my bag. & I know they read in the receipt , because it literally says it on the bag. I don’t understand why this is a constant thing. Is it really that hard ?
The food was not prepared well and seemed cold and old and the employees were very short sooken and unattentive. They assumed my order was to go and even claimed it to be, refused to let me charge my device, and I had to ask permission to use the bathroom like I was a child.

My order came out quickly and everything was correctly made to my liking. The young man at the drive thru was very efficient and friendly. I think he said his name was Elijah, his smile and attitude made the interaction pleasant, I was kinda having a bad day and the smile he shared brightened my day.

I love Taco Bell. Iv been going for so long to get a little snack or a treat after work. The last few times I’ve gone the cheese is un melted. My order is completely wrong. It’s missing items or almost uneditable. I bit into a potato, and I thought there was a rock. in my burrito was half empty and 30% air. The quality has gone down exponentially.
