Don't go inside at night. They will serve people through drive thru and ignore orders placed inside. Waited over 30 mins for food. After 25 got annoyed and had to waive someone down for my drink cups. 6 customers sat as long if not longer in dining room šŸ™„ gave large cups for wait and order was right thankfully gave an extra taco to make up? Probably by mistake though.

Taco Bell just isn’t worth going to anymore…asked for no onions in my burritos but there was onions. Asked for a few of each sauce - got none of them. Skimped out on the crunch wraps…like literally they were half as thick as they should’ve been. Our nachos had barely any meat.

SO SLOW. My dasher was waiting an hour and a half before I just cancelled. Who takes an hour and a half to make a taco and a burrito. When I go in person it’s the same. Just don’t go to this location.

If you enjoy kiosk ordering of overpriced food that will likely be cold when you get it, and stand around waiting for it for what will undoubtedly be most of your lunchbreak, then Taco Bell is for you.
But not for me, I'm done with them.

Always slow and still takes 3x the amount of time it would’ve taken to just go down to the south Virginia location. The quesadilla is never cut all the way the tacos are almost always shattered. Anyway you try walk in, drive through , DoorDash to pick up I am spending 40 minutes there when it’s only 6 minutes from my apartment. It is way worth it to drive to another location to get better food faster. I’m not sure it’s really even the employees fault they aren’t nice but not mean they just seem stressed out and/or really young and new looking.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell experience of my life.

I don’t even know where to begin. First of all, when I pulled into the drive-thru, it took forever for someone to take my order—even though there was no one in front of me. Once I finally got to the window, the employee (a redhead with a nasty attitude) barely acknowledged me. No greeting, no smile, just a bored ā€œThat’ll be $14.76ā€ while avoiding eye contact like I ruined her day.

Fine. I paid and waited. And waited. Ten minutes passed. I saw THREE bags of food just sitting there on the counter inside getting cold, and nobody moving. Employees were standing around talking, laughing, and blatantly ignoring customers. One guy actually dropped a taco on the ground, looked around, and left it there. Just walked off. Didn't even TRY to clean it up.

When I finally got my food, it was wrong. No napkins. No sauce. Half of it was cold, the other half was soggy. I went inside to speak to a manager, and guess what? The same redhead rolled her eyes at me and said, ā€œWell, we’re short-staffed.ā€ That’s not my problem! If you can’t run the store properly, maybe don’t treat customers like an inconvenience.

This place is filthy, the service is trash, and clearly nobody cares about doing their job. I’m honestly shocked it’s still open.

Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. I’d give zero stars if I could.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in Reno the staff are always rude and take forever they messed up our order and we sat at the front waiting for someone to come out they looked at us and ignored us for 23 minutes there were other people waiting as well and they also got ignored.

4 other customers walked into this taco bell and an employee appeared tells us they are close and makes everyone leave. Mind you people are in the drive thru the door was unlocked and their open sign is flashing and then he sits down on one of the chairs playing on his phone. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never go to this taco bell again.

I attempted to go to this taco bell this morning 3/3/25. Was told when i pulled up to the drive thru that the drive thru was closed and to come inside. I went inside at 9:20am and placed an order for 1 breakfast crunch wrap on the Kiosk. I left at 9:40am empty handed :( no one even noticed i left because no one was even in the kitchen when i walked out. This location always has something going on. always disappointed when i go to this taco bell.
